Humility towards God is first, leading to godly sorrow, repentance. And 31 years ago, that happened. My relationship with others did not save or damn me, it was my believing in Jesus, regardless of how dark my sins were, I realized my sins and turned to him. Now Matthew 7:1-3. Who is judging? I...

This is the definition and flawed concept of Moral Relativism. The absolute truth is God and His WORD. If you don't believe that then you absolutely do not have faith or very little. If you say there is no absolute truth, then you are admitting that your faith is therefore not absolute. You...

The first quarter saw a -1.4% drop in GDP and so two quarters in the negative = RECESSION. Food shortages are predicted for a good portion of the world this summer and so that will lead to famine in maybe 25% of the world by the end of the year. USA should fair well but billionaires have been...

@FluffyYellowDuck 'You can be harassed, you can be oppressed, and you can be frustrated by the enemy, but where the Spirit of God lives, there is liberty. Satan cannot inhabit the same space as the Holy Spirit. If you are indwelt by God the Holy Spirit, Satan cannot get in you. He can come up...

Well, that explains it. Paul Bunyan was for real ... I knew it! Thank you for your enlightenment.

So you are sinning against me, calling me a liar. I am speaking what I believe and then just guessing about where you get this stuff. Really? These are your words from another thread on the Millennial Kingdom: "Yes, YOU believe that Revelation claims there will be a 1,000 year millennium, but...

It's not about winning. I could be wrong about the Nephilim and who they were doesn't really affect our faith in Christ and salvation. It just doesn't make sense to me that God would create angels with the ability to procreate. Moving on. We certainly disagree in almost all areas of discussion...

No, God's purpose/plan is precise. Why would exactly 1/3 of the angels follow Satan? It is too much a perfect number and btw, there are likely 200 million fallen angels. If free will was given to the angels, the odds that an exact figure/percentage would be 1/600,000,000 or whatever the total...

I think that is a theory that many mysteriously ponder. Imo, the Nephilim were a breed of large men, like Andre the Giant or larger like Goliath. Men are "sons of God". If angels could procreate, would God make them that way foreknowing the outcome? God is the creator, so any life form is...

Some Christians are confused and so hung up on the Law, one would think they are Jews. Rom. 2:13 is clearly speaking about the Jews, and then reiterated in verses 17-19 Gentiles were not given the Law - verse 14 confirms it. Romans 2:12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also...

I never heard this perspective before. You brought up some good points. I have always been taught four themes of the four gospels, presenting portraits of Jesus, emphasizing aspects of Jesus, who He was, His miracles, what He offers, which is the Good News. Here is a concise comparative...

I love what you wrote! But I feel I must address the "I can do all things" message. Some Christians take that verse out of context and believe they can actually do anything - and later on, are met with a disappointment, not quite achieving these unreasonable and monumental feats. So they may...

Right, Christ fulfilled the Law for us. Grace is much more than unmerited favor. I posted recently a thread about the depth of Grace by which we are saved. GRACE ... is more than unmerited favor!

Then I guess you really don't grasp the meaning of the Christian's fundamental and doctrinal pillar of our salvation that is simply stated in this verse: "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast."...

Works of the Holy Spirit through us is what he was talking about. As in the fruit of the Spirit. Show me your works. God gives us these works to cooperate with and as faith is a gift, so is everything else a gift. We demonstrate our love towards others and this is God's love comeing through us...

Okay, I did not send my completed post #550 that I intended - missed the last page. So it appeared that I was going to offer a bunce of scriptures to show that spiritual death in Matthew 25:46 is not corrective punishment/torment, but destruction. So here are the rest of the scriptures: Let’s...

Torment is before in Hades awaiting the final judgment, to be thrown into the Lake of Fire and incinerated in a hot minute. Then you don't exist anymore. How can an eternal torture chamber (as many presume) glorify God. Some of these reprobates have sinned as little as a decade or so and they...

The Hebrew word for eternity is transliterated as “ad”, meaning continued duration, always or pertetually, is used only once in Isaiah 57:15: “For thus sayeth the High and Lofty One Who inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a...

Sounds like purgatory or universalism, where everyone gets saved. Sounds better than destruction but then Christ promiaed life to those who believe only. Once you die, your state is fixed, your judgment is fixed. It probably was during their lives.

No, it's out of print. They would place the order with Xulon Press and find out that it is no longer available. Maybe a used copy? I still have boxes left - to hand out copies when the world starts looking like the front cover ... we are geting close.
