Amen. :) We needed some new thread where everyone could get their teeth stuck into. LOL He brings it down to where the rubber hits the road....which is where most of us walk out our walk here on this earth. xx

...so you " talk funny" then? :D :D Actually I love the southern accent.

Wow..that takes me back for sure. Lovely. ( Oh to be young again lol ) If you stick with the polite ( mature) and friendly people on this Forum you will continue to enjoy it. If you trip over some of the Uglies...learn to side step them , and you will remain in peace. :) Bless you...H

Oh my goodness..I would die. We are at 7 plus C ....and it's wonderful :)

Hey there, and Amen. I notice that you are from my homeland :) Lived there for the first 34 years of my life....been here 44yrs..in a month..so shows you how old I am haha!!

And the sign of the N.C is His death and resurrection. I also believe that Jesus mentioned- " Those who "seek signs". Why does anyone "need" a greater sign that Jesus Christ Himself. Christ Himself is the sum of all spiritual things.

I find a contradiction here....you do NOT just "follow His voice". Any 'special group' that has a 'special anointed leader ' and 'hangs on their words' - be it a man or a woman at it's head , is a cult. You throw around the word 'deceived ' to the other posters here...Go and look in a...

Agree. Anyone who believes that they are exclusive will have to give an answer in the judgment because it already shows that their hearts are wrong and they haven't " taken the lowest place" but have exalted themselves.

Well asked! :D This is a silly thread .." some people" will get a big surprise when they actually "Get There" and find "the halt and the lame have gone on before them" . At least I now know for sure that the SDA have the same spirit of arrogance upon them as the Calvinists do!!! Until now I...

Bookmarked it for tomorrow ...or more probably the weekend ..will listen with hubby. :)

Not sure how may times I have to say it...IT IS...but only a tiny part of the One World wide Church without walls . The Church is a live and Spiritual Body with our Head Jesus Christ... No way can you prove that your SDA church is THE one Church. It is 'a part of ' a whole.

Yes indeed, doing so...maybe with the time lag over here behind you..we aren't too far off the mark to be praying!! God is always in all of our tomorrows...so He was there ahead of time. ✟

Agree. Does it bring us any further along the road toward Home. Yes we must be aware of the dark kingdom even as we are about the kingdom of Heaven which is right here...within and around. 'Be wise as serpents but as harmless as doves. ' I just know there are entities just as there are angels...

And @marks Jesus Himself tells us of the one and only sign! When Jesus was asked about 'a sign' he reference Jonah, three days and three nights ..and pointing to Himself...HE is the sign .... People can look , but He is the only NT sign given. He Himself IS our Covenant. Luke 11.30 "For...

Ah, but you are tall, blond and slim, so you have a lot going on for you Mark :)

Did you ask to be put on a cancellation list? They often come up , especially at this time of year!! ✟

Amen 100% By reading some people view of God, one would almost have to believe that Jesus never died, and there was no cross, no judgement 'laid upon Him'. One would almost have to wonder why on earth He came, lived and died. As "nothing changed" from the old covenant to the new covenant...

Bob Hope singing it... :) And thank you too John for "good memories" on the old forums.
