Interesting thoughts again, brother.:IDK: He experienced temptations, just like everyone had. The difference was he did not sin, and he died sinless and rose again. His blood washes us from sin if we believe in him by his grace through faith. He became a great high priest and an intercessor to...

Let's look at this another way. The command that was given to Adam about the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Genesis 2:16-17, Adam obviously gave that command to Eve because she had not been created yet. Genesis 2:18, Genesis 2:20-23. God may have explained the command to Eve, but there...

No, the fall was caused by disobedience to God's command, which states: Genesis 3 2 And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees in the garden, 3 but God said, ‘You shall not eat of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, neither shall you touch...

Interesting thoughts.:IDK: Prior to that, she believed what God told her, yet she still took the word of Satan over the Lord. What it shows is that we have a free will to either believe or not believe. However, one was a command that came with a penalty, while the other offered benefits to self.

No, humans are tempted by; 1. The arm of their own uncrucified flesh. 2. The lust of the world—(lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes, pride of life) 3. Generational curses. No... I'm not very smart. :IDK:

Matthew 4 The Temptation of Jesus 4 Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. 2 And after fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. 3 And the tempter came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command these stones to become loaves of...

    Vision Of A Tree Stump

Vision Of A Tree Stump This morning, while in prayer, I saw a vision of a dried-up tree stump that had seen better days. The stump was beginning to crumble and fall apart due to the various climates it had weathered. Then I saw a small green sprout starting to grow from the stump. It grew...

Vision Of The New York City Skyline.

Vision of New York City Skyline. I was out back spending time with the Lord when I saw a vision of the New York skyline. The word “Manhattan” appeared. Then the word “time,” and after that, the word “Miameted”? Then came the word of the Lord, saying, “Grace, grace to it.” (Zechariah 4:7)...

What if I don’t want eternal life?
