Do you think that we are to seek God first for the kingdom of God by our imagination? It would seem that many also do that very thing with the "His righteousness" part. Why would Jesus tell us to seek what we can only imagine? That is ...until we actually seek the Lord. Being translated in the...

I wouldn't call turning away from the ways of the world rebellious. It's downright revolutionary! ;)

In the parable of the Sower... Are we the Sower? Are we the seed? Are we the soil into which the seed falls?

Being born of imperishable seed is speaking to the quality of the seed...not the quality of the soil that receives it. An imperishable seed doesn't necessarily produce imperishable fruit.

Without Christ we can do nothing of eternal value. Without the empowerment of the Spirit we can think we are doing something that has eternal worth...but we can very easily be building with perishable materials that will burn away when all is revealed. The human mind provides seemingly endless...

A person who walks IN Christ is not walking in the throne room of God. The Father is over the Son. The Head of Christ is God just as the Head of every man is Christ. The realm that we are called into...that we are given ACCESS to, through the gospel, is Zion...the kingdom realm of the Spirit...

Hey RJ....I'm never looking for a fight. :) Just the truth. Grace is portrayed in many religious circles as God's tolerance for sin. But the grace of God is the POWER given to us through faith to walk as Jesus walked. It is a holy power...to commune with God. It fills us with love, joy and...

Actually no. It is where Christ is. We are to go to the throne for grace...for grace to walk in the kingdom realm...in Zion, in Christ. God dwells with His people there but His throne is OVER all creation. Even over heaven. Paul calls this "the third heaven." hashamayim veshamey hashamayim (...

LOL. What you are under big time is the exclusive hate thing...judgmentalism, pride...etc. You think that what you DO doesn't matter because you have been indoctrinated into a belief religion that only has power to deceive you....by judging others and justifying yourself. It's funny that for...

Inclusive love? Sounds dangerous! This risks overwhelming hate, racism, judgmentalism, pride and a host of other things that cause religion to thrive. Truly scary. :ummm:

This is such a good point. Eternity is a very long time, especially when you get near the end.

The irony. The thread is about the kingdom of God. And you want to be seen as having the same higher ways as God does...but in your flesh. That's the point you want to make. It's about you. It's all about you. You are not God. That's the point.

This was my response to what you wrote.. Eternally Grateful said: You can;t enter by earning it, or by working And to prove you have no idea what you're talking about....but just saying the opposite to whatever I post....and will say anything to obscure the truth....this is how you responded...

LOL Still trying to draw a parallel between yourself and God?! :ummm: What hubris! What arrogance. There's also the very common practice of falsely naming and claiming that is warned against...and that SO MANY do. Read about the church of Laodicea.....the church in the last times. The fact...

A very curious verse to post. This is about the playing out in future ...the cosmos under His dominion. That's future and has nothing to do with us. So then you don't have any responsibility for this...which I think you like. :ummm: You are gaslighting here. And saying I am. My teaching is...

Words can confuse people...if they are not understood in context. There is a difference between a measure and the full measure. I'll leave it to you to figure out which is being presented in the verse below... “And to know the love of Christ, which passes knowledge, that you might be filled...

How much of this modern name and claim religion is just "having a form of godliness but lacking the power thereof?" Or else...always learning (incrementally) but never coming to the knowledge of the truth"? Relying on the free sample of grace...in order to argue against the full measure of...

A god made in their image... :ummm:
