Because anyone can say anything, one can say everything is spiritual but this doesn't hold up to scrutiny. Jesus did not spiritually feed 5,000 by turning a little bread and fish into enough to feed the masses. His accomplishment here was soulful, contemptuously put as carnal, fleshy, worldly...

It's almost as if the "American Empire" was a force for good in the world and without her leadership, the world plummets into a dark age. Hmmm. Imagine that? For me being a student of history, this is the fate of empires with a peak of about 200-250 years. So, America is over due for a collapse.

Right. Your lack of discernment is seen by ignoring other verses presented to avoid having to reconcile the soulful aspects of Scripture, which you contemptuously categorize as carnal, worldly, fleshy. So desperate are you to show your ignorance, that you try to fit a verse against being a...

The overly spiritualized twist things. Obviously not. See point of discernment and other verses. See Crusades. Every post you write shows a total abdication of Christians burden to the weightier matters of the law, justice. Jesus would not be proud.

Only this morning? In case you failed to ever grasp the art of diplomacy, it works best with a big stick. America opened markets in Japan 2 centuries ago under threat of bombardment.

Not too creative or artistic. There is a reason most movies adopted into film are not word for word translations.

Yet, he accuses others of not knowing the history of the Crusades!

LOL Always the personal attacks rather than answer simple questions. What verse says to have contempt for fellow believers? You confess that this is your feelings. You will be judged by the measure you judge.

I do agree that you seem to have nothing but contempt for Crusaders. Crusaders are your brothers in Christ, who you should love. They are not your enemies that you should have contempt for. What verse says to have contempt for fellow believers?

The irony is lost on you.

Yes. Absolutely. Yes or no answers please: Was the girl sleeping (or dead)? Was Solomon’s temple re-built in 3 days? Is cannibalism approved by God in the OT? Is it reasonable to speak in parables and be frustrated people don’t get what is being said? Is not answering a direct question directly...

If this is true, does killing, raping, enslaving and pillaging make ISLAM stink throughout the world?

That’s my point; you’re treating Christ as an IDOL. Do you believe Jesus ONLY spoke the words captured in the Gospels? I do.

LOL Then what purpose is served by them telling people to read the Gospels?

I wanted to translate this to modern English. From the VOICE. 12 Why would I ever attempt to judge those outside the church? Aren’t we called to judge those within the church? 13 God judges the outsiders. Your job is this: “Expel the wicked from your own community. That’s what the Crusaders did...

Wow! This show has brought millions to Christ. What you call degrade, many call humanize. The Chosen Christ has a personality, a sense of humor, etc. You're making an IDOL of Christ. Many artists portray historical figures in plausible ways, "based on a true story" not meaning every single...

The Crusaders were Christians who acted with good reason. You appear to be just another Muslim apologist.

Nope, IMO it doesn't degrade Jesus one little bit. Here is how The Chosen works. BETWEEN Bible verses, the artists create a plausible scene. For instance, at the wedding of Cana where Jesus turned water into wine, the show creates a whole plausible back story of Thomas and light heartedly shows...

This is not the fault of The Chosen creators. I love The Chosen and the creators always advise people to read Scripture to learn about the real Jesus. That's an inaccurate description. It's more like Jesus was especially kind to the man shown as autistic to understand the poetry of his message...

Is that why the Jews are trinitarians?
