"They," "them," "their," "some here..." "God , I thank thee, that I am not as other men are..."

Do you trust the discernment of angry people here on this forum?

Usually if people have to go to the trouble of saying that they have discernment it's a red flag.

The right to abort. The right to ask for the aborted to be adopted instead. These are the same thing!

Do you really think I believe otherwise? I'm not surprised that Guttmacher gives out contradictory info. https://www.guttmacher.org/journals/psrh/2005/reasons-us-women-have-abortions-quantitative-and-qualitative-perspectives

Yes, and it seems that the only way to protect her has become to also protect those who seek abortions for convenience. I wonder how that happened.

NO No one believes that all abortions are for convenience--NO ONE. Even if they say so. Could anyone really be that dumb? (Don't answer that, because I know they could.) All available information does, however, suggest that the vast majority (roughly 75%) of abortions are for reasons such...

The right to abort. The right to ask for the aborted to be adopted instead. These are the same thing!

What does any of this have to do with "not caring what an individual does with their life?" I can't force you to allow Christ to justify your behavior, instead of trying to do it yourself, but I still care about it. "Don't judge me!"--The last cry of the emotionally immature

The right to abort. The right to ask for the aborted to be adopted instead. These are the same thing!

Can you not see that a declaration of this sort effectively impeaches your input and influence here? If you care not one whit what others do with their own lives, then I can't see what possible purpose could be behind your bluster. You might as well be striving with a fencepost. I guess...

The right to abort. The right to ask for the aborted to be adopted instead. These are the same thing!

Good point but the problem is that as long as there are laws in place that allow people to abort for convenience, there's nothing compelling the mother to carry the baby to term anyway, so that it could be adopted. So I'm not sure that what you're suggesting is a solution if that is, in fact...

The right to abort. The right to ask for the aborted to be adopted instead. These are the same thing!

Are you having a lot of success with with your style of expression? I only ask because I'm pretty tolerant and fairly open-minded and I'm having trouble taking you seriously. The utterance of vulgarities seems counterintuitive to advancing Christian principles. Frankly, I can hardly believe...

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. (Philippians 4:8)

@MatthewG Between the four-letter words and the grotesque images, you're really making quite a splash, aren't you?

    Abortion

I am fairly familiar with Scripture but I do not understand re-incarnation as being any part of God's way of doing things. John the Baptist came to public ministry in the spirit and power like unto that of Elijah, and Christ was made an High Priest after the order of Melchizedek, just as the...

    Abortion

Luk 1:5-17 KJV 5 There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. 6 And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the...

    Abortion

I don't see anything in the Bible about John the Baptist being Elijah incarnate. Elijah was Elijah incarnate. Unless "incarnate" means "in the spirit and power of" (Luke 1:17).

We do not have to give them free and easy tools to do their "doing." I wonder if Jesus would...
