Daniel 11 What verse does the end time kick in?

Do you not understand that what Israel experienced was a light unto all nations and people--because it pertains to all?

Daniel 11 What verse does the end time kick in?

I see. Sure: The pattern or plan was first revealed by God in the seven days of creation, six days of God working, fallowed by His (eternal) rest. Within that prophetic foreshadowing revelation the terms were "daily", as "the evening and the morning", defined or explained as dividing "the light...

Daniel 11 What verse does the end time kick in?

As a light unto the nations, yes, but the curse and the blessing was unto all people and every nation. Limiting the matter only to Israel, is not the greater message or plan of God for Israel, at all.

Daniel 11 What verse does the end time kick in?

You are like one fixated on a Temple of stone--lacking vision--not understanding the Temple only pointed to Christ, the temple of His body. How will you ever come out of her if you will not be led, but prefer the cup she has mixed?

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

"Naive" is forgetting that all since Adam were first cursed.

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

This is true...and should tell you what is also true of John the Baptist, though the images are not but given dimly.

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

I said that, but apparently you do not listen or hear, but are full of emotional accusations. Paul clearly stated that the image of things now seen, we see "dimly"--but I explain what "dimly" looks like with regard to current matters and how it works, confirming what he said by the same...

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

Indeed, I press on--because many do not understand--which is given to me to do so. You apparently also do not understand. You made a comparison. Great. But I did not mean that you should take them in the same context in everyway, but rather that you might be able to rationalize what is also...

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

I wasn't suggesting or giving my opinion. Jesus was eluding to the scriptures and what was prophesied that going forward would be fulfilled spiritually--as He said, "surely the kingdom of God has come upon you."--God whom is spirit. In this same way--by asking a question--He also asked Peter...

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

The confusion is because Jesus did not lie--regarding two completely different settings and contexts. Nor did John. You gave a logical comparison of "If you have seen Me you have seen the Father"--and this matter is very much like that. Consider, that just as man was created in the "image" of...

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

Hi Fred, Before they pounce on you...this passage and Jesus' question is often misunderstood--it stumped the Priests of Israel! But the answer is, Solomon was the son of David's flesh, building a temple and a house for God of stone. But David was also blessed by God and promised a Son whose...

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

Here for the house of Israel: Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live Here for the Church: Matthew 16:17 Jesus answered and said...

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

Even so, you know that what you have sighted in your skepticism, includes both blessing and cursing. Where there is one the other is also present, and to be. As for selling books, a workman is worthy of his wages...and these five are in need of "buying oil."

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

Not really wanting to cut it off, just wanting people to think and see for themselves--not to just repeat the errors of most of Israel, who stuck to their preconceived beliefs only be fatally wrong.

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

As it should be. The passage speaks of something above the understanding of men, not to be revealed until... For now I will end there, because it is obvious that you need to think it through for yourself. But since you are one to think in terms of parallels, do you not think it curious that...

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

Yes, and our hearts to Him. But the point is--the passage does not only refer to the future, but to the times of all God's children. Elijah lived as a witness of ascension without dying, fulfilled in Christ...who was slain before the foundation of the world--thereby including those who were...

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

You are perhaps finding and loosing things in the same passages. I mean, the details are likely not helping. The parallel--and perhaps the confusion--is that the "forty-two" refers only to the house of Israel for which Christ first came. This is the first half of seven days, which Daniel spoke...

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

This specifically refers to our Father God, or Satan. The coming of Christ diverted the complete annihilation of this world, including all who sin.

    Elijah shall come before Christ?

What is missing, is that there is a full cast of characters acting in the revelation of things that actually occurred before the foundation of the world. All of whom have been under restraint and only eluding to "all truth"--even Christ, "until He who restrains is taken out of the way." This is...
