What does Religious Liberty mean to you? The privilege to make my choices and voice my opinion without being called 'of the devil' by well meaning yet short sighted brethren

    Where is He?

Jesus is the hero of Old Testament promises and the hope for all who have seen this, yet looking at the multitude of topics and discussion on this forum it appears that few know him. If they did the conversations would reflect his beauty and give encouragement and hope to the least.

Does God decide who dies when?

Why blame God when Jesus tells us that it is the Devil who steals, kills and destroys?

Critical thinking and education is linked to loss of faith Any information of integrity can handle critical thinking and education with ease. Truth is not afraid of challenge. It is those who cling to error which feel threatened and desire to shut down or malign challengers. Poorly informed...

    Proclaim a Day of Victory

So you think you are using Jesus the Key to interpret scripture; specifically the OT you quote? Perhaps you can explain the principles of how that Key is applied?

    Reasons Jews Reject Jesus

When Jesus makes these statements: John 10:18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father. Revelation 1:8 'I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and...

The “Return” of Christ: What Does it Mean?

You guys confuse yourselves with your multiple theories. Have you not read that Jesus had a glorified human body after his resurrection. This same body is promised all who are resurrected when he returns. It is a body without the limitations of the body we now possess but a fleshly body...

    Proclaim a Day of Victory

The Jews quoted the Prophets also, so what?...... they missed their meaning and rationalised their logic also The KEY is Jesus, and although you give lip service to him you don't use The Key and in so doing inevitably end up with a home grown interpretation......just like the Jews

    Proclaim a Day of Victory

What makes you think that your interpretations have greater accuracy in principle than the preconceptions of the Jews?

Who, or what, is the dreaded bogey man of prophecy?

While I agree with you Brakelite, my reference to the beasts being nations/ individual has taken it's que from... Daniel 2:38 'in your hands he has placed all mankind and the beasts of the field and the birds in the sky. Wherever they live, he has made you ruler over them all. You are that...

    Proclaim a Day of Victory

The Jews as a nation missed the Messiah. Was God unclear or did they insist in interpreting the scriptures according to their own preconceptions?

Who, or what, is the dreaded bogey man of prophecy?

If a Beast represents oppressive systems (nations, individuals) then an Image to the Beast must likewise be oppressive like the Beast but under a different 'banner'. I would suggest that 'banner' is one that looks harmless or hidden yet becomes the force which oppresses God's people.

What is the mystery that Paul references in 1 Corinthians 15:51-52? Is it the rapture (catching up to Christ) as pretrib teaches or something else?

1 Thessalonians and 1 Corinthians are speaking of the same event namely the resurrection of the righteous dead (sleep) at the second coming of Jesus. Jesus also speaks of it in Matthew 24: 30-31 Breaking these scriptures up into different events in my view is an error and only makes a mess of...

The potential conceit of doctrinal individuality

The peace of Jesus is not recognised because it is not a reference point of familiarity, therefore the extremes, both in religion and the secular world exist. Just as Jesus said to Peter 'flesh and blood have not revealed this to you but my Father in heaven...' So, those who know God's peace...

Who are : "Vessels fitted for Destruction"? The up will be down and the down will be up. From This text I deduct that those who consider themselves 'up' end with the short stick.

Why are the martyrs under heavens altar so eager to see justice for their killers?

Could it be that the redress they expect is not how God deals with the matter?
