Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

And yours is colored by the JW bias. I bring to your attention that the Trinity existed from the beginning... The JW exist from 1840 or so. The Tinity is all throughout the bible... both the OT and the NT. Your hatred of the CC colors everything you believe... The Apostles believed Jesus is...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Triumph What you're describing above is MODULISM. It's a heresy that was found to be taught in the early church and which was banned by the early Christians. This is what happens when we move away from Christian theology and what was taught from the beginning. God did NOT manifest Himself in...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

So you believe Jesus is God? I stated that someone that does NOT believe Jesus is God is Christian?? You'd have to post the number of the reply where I stated that. It has become abundantly clear to me that some define themselves as Christian but then go on to create their own religion. And...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

I know what God did in 3 languages. And I will no longer be posting to someone that is UNABLE to have normal conversation and spends his time on this Forum insulting persons. Yes ma'am. There's a commandment against idolatry. It's forbidden. Now, let's dig a bit deeper. The Catholic Church...

Somalis steal independent journalist's camera, MN police won't help him

RACISM WORKS BOTH WAYS. That's what one of those women said. I do believe she's making a statement regarding HERSELF and those around her. Disorder turns ugly. Sometimes it turns into a civil war. This happens because THE GOVERNMENT (in this case that of Minn). is NOT doing its job. The...

    "Before Abraham Was, I AM"

I understand your point, but I just want to point out that when God said that all would yield according to its kind...He meant that a tree will make a tree, a human will make a human...each kind will reproduce its own kind. God CREATED the first,,,but from then on all would have to RECREATE...

Do the Ten Commandments still apply under the new covenant today?

UFFA! Begotten does NOT mean created! We agree. And yes, this word causes confusion (as like right now in our conversation) so I DO wish it would be abolished. The REASON is should be abolished is because we get hung up on the word instead of the doctrine. And I'm not like the JWs that want...

Do the Ten Commandments still apply under the new covenant today?

Of course. It would take hours to go through everything. But, you know what they say.... To a believer no proof is necessary. To a non-believer no proof is sufficient.

Do the Ten Commandments still apply under the new covenant today?

Ignorance runs rampant in these Forums. So I'll only make a few comments since I will not be justifying myself to YOU: 1. If only those with a bible can be saved.... God is very limited since He has no other way of revealing Himself. I guess you forgot to Read Romans 1:19-20 2. You...

    "Before Abraham Was, I AM"

OK I'm not very good with eschatology. I DO wonder myself why it's taking so long. AI might be the clincher. And to God a thousand years is as a day.... I don't think about this too much. More important to me is how God should be impacting our lives. Gotta go. 'night.

    "Before Abraham Was, I AM"

Ah. OK. But, of course, Jesus had no sin or He couldn't have died for the sins of the world. (and it didn't make too much sense the way I had the strike thru). Scott. We need a Protestant POPE.... We all need to get on the same page!! Gotta say good night.

    "Before Abraham Was, I AM"

Are you speaking only about eschatology? I can't think of anything that has been taught from the beginning that is wrong. I believe OSAS is incorrect. I believe we must get baptized at some point in our walk. I believe we have to obey God and I get pushback for this.

    "Before Abraham Was, I AM"

    1. I believe I've already said that the sin of Adam.... was passed on by the male. I quoted the verse, no more time right now. Jesus' mother was Mary... His father was God - the Holy Spirit (the Holy Spirit will come upon you - Luke 1) 2. If Jesus never sinned... WHY did He never sin? What...

Do the Ten Commandments still apply under the new covenant today?

Well GH,,,, the bible is not doing a good job of explaining BEGOTTEN if so many on these boards do not understand it. (and some believe it means CREATED). Gotta go till domani.

Do the Ten Commandments still apply under the new covenant today?

I agree that Godhead is better than Trinity. But Trinity is the term that has been chosen by the early church. To Christians the Trinity is not a false belief. It's what has always been believed about Jesus.

Do the Ten Commandments still apply under the new covenant today?

No. NOT sired. I posted the meaning of the word. Here it is again: Gemini is the source - it's explained very well. In theology, "begotten" (from the Greek monogenes) signifies a unique, eternal generation, not a temporal creation, especially for Jesus Christ, meaning He shares the same...
