Praise God! There is still some good news in the world...good to know!! :)

...yes, the fruit comes forth when 'we' get out of the way and allow His life to come forth and minister to lives... In other words...we are ( hopefully) just reflections of Him. As the moon (church) is a reflection of the sun ( God) Bless you...H

Wonderful sunshine glistening on the deep snow. It looks like a Christmas card. :) It's well above zero, so the snow will be on melt now... It's been a lovely November for sure...

Forgivness.

Maybe the difference between us all is in the way or reason we came to the Lord!! I DID NOT get preached hell and an angry God. I had no preacher ...I was at the sink...What I asked God that day was .. " How can I know for sure that I will forever be with You , I don't want to go through life...

You already know my answer.... :D Jesus touched the Lepers and they were clean.... "But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.." It is all...

You'd do well to allow Romans 2:4 soak into your heart...someone has sold you a lemon... "... despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? "

Oh whoops I just said the same in my post above...sorry , I hadn't read your post before I answered. But, as the saying goes...'we are on the same page'. Not many do their own deep bible study but jump on any band wagon which fits their agenda.

False. Some guy said this long ago and people who are hell preachers jumped on the band wagon. Not true ... Jesus spoke more about the kingdom of God and money than He did about hell.

Excellent! I wish there were more choices than just a "like"...some posts deserve a thumbs up, sometimes TWO!! And this is one of them...

Mild here today...but VERY nasty....last nights snow turned to sheet ice and today we have about a 8" snow on top of ice and car wrecks everywhere!!!! And the snow is still coming....nasty and dangerous. :(

@Grams Marlene this is is good advice of @Pearl 's here. I would do this...and then trust your friend to the Lord. He is the only one who can open here eyes and show her the truth in Jesus Christ. You have done all you can...and the bible says - " Having done all...stand...you have pretty...

Or....BOTH !! :D

Oh well said indeed. :) Preaching false confidence is far from love...preaching an 'escape hatch' rather than ...'putting on the whole armour of God and standing fast in The Evil Day..' is far from being a faithful shepherd.

Been a bit on the cold side today...but still above freezing , praise the Lord. I missed the lovely sunshine today :( As for you being here and not not joining your husband , at some point you should try and REJOICE about it...and be thankful that God has you here for some reason best known...

I can see you have been a member for two years...but you 27 posts in two years kind of indicates that 'maybe' you aren't here on the Site very much. If you had been here consistently for two years you would then understand the comments. The point being...this member never write out of his own...

In all his 14 hundred plus posts I have never ever , ever seen him say anything in his own words and out of his own heart...he can only "quote" someone else it seems. :(

Hahaha! Well said !! Maybe he is a fearful kind and trying to convince himself :D
