Yet, you repeatedly excuse the mass murders of children by denying the Israeli children massacred on Oct 7.

A friend recently wondered how many here support capital punishment but was afraid to ask. What do you think is the strongest arguments for and against it? @Armour of God, @Taken, @Debp, @Button, @Aunty Jane, @Reggie Belafonte, @Lizbeth Just last weekend, I told my daughter that by the time...

I'm going to start a separate thread on this topic. I'm afraid I agree with @Button. You may not have explicitly condemned God or the Bible but that is certainly implied - and repeatedly so. You didn't judge God, condemn America or say anything bad about America? It's only America lacks good...

Because he lost the argument, there is nothing more to say. He’ll do laps on ground already covered because his ego cannot admit his error, which is over-spiritualization IDOLATRY. He displaces Jesus and our God for his pacifism. God is a warrior, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, and we are made in...

Israel. There you go again, implying support for Islamic terrorists by ignoring how the Israeli’s were first victims of mass murder by Islamic Jihadi’s.

There you go again, implying support for Islamic Jihadi’s! Not mass murder, devastating military defeat in response to the Islamic evil of the Oct 7 massacre, rape and hostage taking.

I don’t believe that. Well, I believe there is a lot more to consider than that. However, I’ll post it in the separate thread if you create it.

I think you should as it would be an opportunity for some to re-evaluate their position on the matter.

Why is it that we even need a lawyer to interact with the Judicial branch? We can interact with the Legislative and Executive branch without paying for a lawyer. We see TV court cases all the time resolved without a lawyer and resolved quickly all time. Why is that? I see that as a fundamental...

Jack, you‘re on fire in this thread! Keep rebuking this anti-Semite.

I wonder if he has the divine humility to accept loving correction?

The indoctrinated refuse to embrace rational discernment. Just because the Crusaders went over board after the fact doesn‘t mean they weren’t justified in launching the Crusades to begin with, taking it to Islam in the holy lands. Two things can be true at the same time. And these 2 things are...

One powerful message of the Bible is the importance of staying on the narrow path, don’t go too far left or too far right. The overly-spiritualized disregard this when it comes to soulful considerations and commands. @Matthias only wants spiritual verses up for conversation and decision-making...

Decades ago, my 3 yo experienced my wrath for her bad behavior and bad attitude. My wife at the time attempted to shame me for not using the minimum amount of force “necessary“ to punish her. I stood on my moral authority; NO, I told her! The children need to learn they run the risk in bad...

The first point, for sure! The 2nd point, is wrapped in eisegesis and IDOLATRY (of doctrine or translation). It is not intended as disrespect. Examples include KJVO, OSAS.

I love how they invent complexity, such as modalism or one essence but not personage, homeostasis and other such extra-Biblical machinations. ‘God is one’ can mean any number, along with one. I have one job means I have any number of jobs in addition to my main job? Pure eisegesis.

This is quite the departure from supporting the State of Israel, isn't?

He never had a case, only a fanatical opposition to Christians doing what they needed to survive nearly a millennia ago. He loves the omelet but never stops bitterly complaining that eggs were broken in the process, which offends his delicate sensibility. Sleep well, my friend.

Psalm 82 also.
