Yes sir. The truth shines light in the darkness.... For those that wish to see it.

As promised CS....I will be replying to some of your posts. This one happened to come up when I was replying to another member. The NT is CHOCK FULL of verses stating that your salvation can be lost. It's just that some persons like to read their favorite verses and leave out the rest.... I'll...

rvmb I'm not going to read your links because this whole idea is just too silly. Here is, basically, what you're asserting: Jesus picked 12 men to follow Him around for about 3.5 years. He taught them and they experienced everything that happened. It's obviuos that they didn't really...

Too funny Archie.... Now I'M ignorant because I DO NOT believe the earth is flat because I've never investigaged this topic. Be happy...but don't call others ignorant because they believe the truth. I've already stated on this thread HOW BIG the conspiracy would have to be... even BIGGER than...

Well David,,,, the earth is ALREADY the property of satan.... so it's too late. The "one little lie" already happened. Let's make sure we're not accepting even more lies.

Agreed. Many speak of good works as if THE LAW is being discussed. Totally different. Jesus did abolish THE LAW,,,except for the Moral Law...that will live for eternity because God has given us the moral law....HE is a moral being...HE IS MORAL (divine simplicity) and we are made in His image...

Sure. You could believe whatever you want to... this is not a salvation issue. (and even then a person could believe what they wish to). However, when you post a belief on these threads,,, you will, of course, receive countering opinions. Except that it is NOT an opinion that the earth is a globe.

Why not? Why can't we undo what God has done.... Did YOU have no part in your salvation? Did YOU not have to come to believe and accept Jesus who died for you? Did you lose your free will AFTER you were saved? Reprobation? So are you reformed now? WHAT is God's choice? Did God FORCE YOU to...

Seems to me that the idea of a flat earth is a lie. Is it a flat round earth...or a flat square earth? The OT speaks of 4 corners.... this would make the earth a square. I guess if you accept that the earth is a globe you'll lose your faith in the Christian religion? Maybe THIS is the...

Leave me some!

I don't know if I can post today....bu this was my thought exactly!!

Johnny Appleseed.

Hey Psalm.... Here's the reason flights head NORTH to get to Europe from NY... also works from Europe to NY.... Because of the curvature of the earth,,,,it cuts down on time because the distance from NY to Paris is SHORTER if the plane goes North because the earth is "skinnier" up north - as a...

Yeah. I just read John 21. Much there to be loved! Verses 15 to 17.... a member stated that he believes Paul... and yet Jesus told even Peter to shepher His sheep, to tend to the lambs and tend to the sheep. ALL the NT is from God. ALL the Apostles and writers are to be believed. Verse 22 WHAT...

Yes,,the above was brought up pages ago - I DID happen to see the post. But what difference would it make to those that want to believe the earth is flat NO MATTER WHAT? None!

So your a fundamentalist Christian that believes every single word in the OT. I'm not going to debate this with you..I respect your belief system even though I do not agree with it. I also am not going to post anymore videos on here that can explain much better than I can why the earth must be...

Oh you're a Paul only kinda guy. Do you also believe Jesus? I post a lot of what Jesus teaches. I posted Matthew 7:23-28. Is that good enough for you? I posted Luke 8:13 Is that good enough for you? I posted John 5:28-29 Good enough? How about Matthew 25:35-46 Good enough? I do wish you...

I understand the difference between faith and the faith. So you think Paul is concerned about persons leaving THE CHURCH? 1 Corinthians 9.26-27 26 Therefore I run in such a way, as not without aim; I box in such a way, as not beating the air; 27 but I discipline my body and make it my slave, so...

rvmb This is my last post till later on.... OK, NOW I know what you're stating. You believe in faith alone with nothing else added. My original statement (I think to you) was that if we add anything to faith... it is no longer by faith alone. Since Jesus said we are to love our neighbor...HE...

SS The basis for our salvation is personal. We must decide for ourselves whether or not we wish to follow God and be saved. The problem is: HOW do we know we are following God? The most popular topic on these threads is: Can Salvation Be Lost? Since I believe that the NT teaches that it...
