Or then again it may come easily: "It is hard to live for God easy, but... [too much of fleshly ways and desires included in our struggle] Easy to live for God hard!" [The more we surrender it all continuously and completely to God the easier it becomes]

Perfect perhaps with what already have and already are, but perfect as our Father is perfect? Job was perfect in the very first chapter of that book, but only perfect with what he had and what he was. He then went through trials and the LORD blessed his latter end more than his beginning. In...

@MatthewG In other words, let us grow toward perfection. God's perfection that is: Mt 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. Who is there already? Who is still falling short of that goal of being perfect as the Father is perfect? "Not laying...

False or error? If we are following the lead of the Holy Spirit, will we not be where God wants us all to be? He does not want us to speak falsely or to speak in error. He wants us to follow Him.

So then what or who are the following... by what or whom are we being led? The flesh: Ec 12:12 And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh. Or the Spirit? Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy...

I am a Bible believer, my friend. I believe what is written, but my understanding of it comes through the Holy Spirit when and if I am surrendering. Alone I certainly can do nothing good.

I believe that God forknew, but men made the choices which caused them to lose the Way if they ever knew it. God won't mislead them, but too many of them, I believe, choose not to follow Him.

Is the Word of God completely Alive within any man before all of it has been quickened to/in him by the Holy Spirit? I simply testified to my own experience. It is the Way God has led me.

Would it be a good thing to bite our tongues when the words they form would offend God? Consider this: "But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God...

I remember my own early work to obtain what Enoch did from God. Then after a 10-year period in darkness, God opened my eyes to my continual short coming. God knows it all, but me and others... what do we know of what we have believed that we have known? Ro 1:17 For therein is the...

Praying for you.

How long does one grow in the flesh? It is certainly for a limited time to a limited size. In the Spirit, what is the limit? Since for God there is no limit, no boundary except according to His own will and/or Word that should be our limit. Actually, in most [all?] cases, we only go so far...

Thank you sister in Christ.

Praying.

Not disagreeing with main point.

Each person, of course, can believe as he will, but God is looking always at the heart of each of us. Pr 21:2 Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts.

Give God the glory!

Praying!

Keep on trusting in God, my friend.
