Psalm 1:14 "Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord, my Strength, and my Redeemer. "

@Not me Hey, where have you gone??? :D

Yet we know that Jesus said to his 12 " O you of little faith". Was He indicating that little faith is the slippery slop toward sin? I read once a translation where it mentioned that the scripture which says - "have faith and doubt not" means, 'have more faith than doubt'. To me it all...

Well @Kermos It seems that you have got it all sewn up for the rest of us. :D Looks like heaven will be pretty empty eh. Just you, ... and who else ? ;)

That is interesting. I was talking with @Enoch111 a couple of days ago. We were discussing sin (in "THE CHURCH" thread) I was saying that I do not 'always' see sin as a deliberate choice. Not of the heart, but often of the flesh. He answered .. Quote :- Enoch111 said: ↑ [ Well as a matter of...

Cold and wet today, with lots of thundering.

I think you will find that he has been banned. But no doubt he will be back...he just comes back under a new name. He's done it a few times already.

Don't we all need a wee bit of crazy in our lives once in a while? :D

Amen Totally!

Agree. Agree Agree, in a way. Yet He is always revealing a deeper depth of Himself .... "Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: His going forth is prepared as the morning; and He shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth." Paul yearned...

We've all done things we wish we could undo, right? I know I have. It might be speaking harmful words instead of thoughtful ones. Or, offering indifference rather than kindness. It could be we have infused our minutes and hours with negativity and fear instead of faith and confidence. While we...

When we were in our 20's, 30's and even 40' we had the desire, energy and interest for those things...but 'pushing 80' it just gives me a headache. To many , have too many different opinions and interpretations. It may be for the wise to search out the matter...but I'm not wise, neither...

Depends on what a persons definition of 'hell' is. ;)

I have to confess that I am not "up on" what anyone is saying about "the end of the end". I have become at total sceptic where what man says , said, or will say. Since the 60's I've hard so many predictions. Even got excited about some of them. The Y2K was my biggest 'fail'. We did really...
