That's right. The body has the functions and 5 senses. The soul is the mind, will, and emotions, and personality. The spirit belongs to God and is made alive in Jesus Christ. Our body is Triune and reflects our creator God.

I too have a death wish. From the first day I was saved I wanted to be with Jesus and whenever the subject of funerals came up, I said the same thing you did. Absent from the body, present with Christ. Galatians 2:20 - I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ...

Happy Christ's birthday. Jesus is the reason for the season.

Jesus tells the Holy Spirit what to say. John 16:13 - However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.

I use KJV and NKJV

Read the Bible.

The Holy Spirit indwells the Believer.

I interpret the same as the bible says it. Numbers 35:21-or in enmity he strikes him with his hand so that he dies, the one who struck him shall surely be put to death. He is a murderer. The avenger of blood shall put the murderer to death when he meets him. Numbers 35:27 - and the avenger of...

Blasphemy to deny the Holy Spirit. Being Born again from above is receiving the Holy Spirit of promise and God's seal of redemption.

Numbers describes an accidental death and cities of refuge that one can go to if a relative seeks to avenge the accidental death until fairly judged. Exodus, the 6th commandment "Tho shall not Kill" is murder, not accidental. Though he might still escape to city of refuge. After Judgement, he is...

Genesis 9:6 - “Whoever sheds man’s blood, By man his blood shall be shed; For in the image of God He made man.

Jesus is speaking to every Born again from above Christian. Pray to the Father in Jesus's name. End your prayers in Jesus name. Bless your food in Jesus name. Pray for healing in the name above all names, Jesus.

Ask the Father in Jesus' name John 16:23 - And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you.

As long as the 2nd marriage is with a Christian. My unbelieving wife departed and divorced me. 1 Corinthians 7:13-15 - And a woman who has a husband who does not believe, if he is willing to live with her, let her not divorce him. 14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and...

Born again from above Christians can Judge. How else are we to test on spiritual things without the gift that the Holy Spirit enables us to do. 1 Corinthians 2:14-16 - But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them...

Face it, any shoes work with blue jeans. I have many pairs of jeans, from light blue to black. All shoes work. Cowboy boots and sneakers.

I go where the Lord leads me. He's never failed me. I have always had a roof over my head and a steady income. I do like living in the mountains and city. City wins for doctors and dentists.

Let the Holy Spirit guide you. Pray for a wife, submit to the Lord and the Holy Spirit will show you.
