Also we see in the first miracle Jesus "turning the water into wine." Mary directed the people to obey Jesus, she told them do whatever he tells you. So too we should do whatever Jesus tells us. John 2:5 His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.” I will look up Latria and...

My position on Catholicism is very different to others on here. And I believe Catholics are our brothers and sisters in Christ. We are allowed to discuss Peter, so we should be allowed to discuss Mary and what the Bible has to say about her, there is nothing wrong with discussing Catholic...

Yep, the nations of the world need a revival, God is the only one who can turn this around.

These are issues that need to be fixed to help stop people going down the abortion path. Nothing justifies an abortion.

Hah! I knew you would jump in. I guess we can say asking Mary to pray for us from Heaven is a Catholic's equivalent to "Can you please pray for me brother byyrd?" A Catholic would know better than me about it though, so I am happy to be corrected. I have heard your belief though on Saints in...

Just a quick starting post. The word "dinosaur" was not mentioned in the Bible, and as a matter of fact the word dinosaur did not exist until 1841, which of course is well after the first English translations of the Bible. So Sir Richard Owens came up with the word dinosaur, made out of the...

I also believe Mary Mother of Jesus is the woman mentioned in Revelation 12. Revelation 12 is also very symbolic. The Woman - Mary, The Child - Jesus, The Dragon - Satan I will talk more on that one tomorrow.

That is interesting considering she was chosen to be the mother of Jesus.

I love your faith. :D The Lord Jesus bless you! ;)

The way I see it, is Catholics ask Mary and some other Saints to pray for us from Heaven. As you are well aware some of us on these forums believe the saints are already in Heaven, I believe the Saints and Born Again Christians who have passed away here on earth are already in Heaven. If we...

It definitely is a big problem abortion in today's world. Over 20 million have died from abortion this year according to www.worldometer.info and as @Enoch111 quoted from the Bible "the babe leaped in my womb for joy. (Luke 1:44)" Unborn babies in wombs are living and breathing. Of course as...

I do want to make it clear though, I do not agree with the thread Title "If you don't Believe and like Prosperity you won't like Heaven." No one's Salvation is based on that hahaha. Our Salvation is based on grace through faith in Christ Jesus. Every born again believer will like Heaven...

Hmm thanks for your reply, in all fairness though there were some who were pretty rich in the Bible who followed the Lord, and may have even been as rich as Jesse Duplantis by today's standards. Andrew Forrest is a rich billionaire Christian in Australia, he is a businessman though, but he is...

Oh sorry haha, the Millenial generation is being born in between the years 1980-1995, and some at 1981 - 1996, both are an acceptable range, but someone being born in 1980 might be considered a Gen X, Wikipedia has it at 1981-1996.

John 19:25-27 "Now there stood by the cross of Jesus His mother, and His mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. When Jesus therefore saw His mother, and the disciple whom He loved standing by, He said to His mother, “Woman, behold your son!” Then He said to the disciple...

Hmmm, well I have been thinking of Catholic doctrine on Mary lately and the "hail Mary." In this thread we will look at the importance of Mary's role in the Bible, and the Catholic doctrine on Mary and why do Catholics say hail Mary's, if we read Luke 1:28 in the Bible we find out Angel Gabriel...

So a few questions for you all. Does Jesus save the rich, if they believe in Him according to John 3:16? As Christians are we all supposed to live in poverty? Or are we meant to give to those living in poverty, that we may be a light for the world, and that they may get out of poverty and have...

What's the difference between Donald Trump's wealth and Jesse Duplantis's wealth?

Alright I am jumping in, hopefully I don't get in trouble for my views hahaha. Matthew 24:36-44 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before...

I have a few harmonicas in the house, but I am not that good at it haha.
