Sometimes I really shudder as I feel like many people here would literally persecute others for their beliefs it were socially and/or legally acceptable. There is so much hostility. Am I the only one who feels that way?

This I can really relate to.

Being inherently eternal (timeless) in and of Oneself (no gift needed) and being sustained in linear time by an outside force for eternity future (the gift) are two different things. Are you actually suggesting that mankind is inherently eternal?
