I know Ph.D's who can't tie their shoes, -- (not LITERALLY). But if you can "wire a house" then you can perform "surgery", -- Ummmm NO! Bobby Jo

Actually, it's not. -- We didn't know for some 30 years that the Russians gave the N.Koreans the "green light" to invade S. Korea. It wasn't until after the Soviet Union collapsed in 1985 that the archives were opened to the researchers who discovered the DIRECT EVIDENCE of Soviet involvement...

Being "caught unaware" is relative. We can't know the day or the hour, but do you even know the Decade?, or the Year?, or the Season?, or the Month? I suspect not, so we have those "Watchmen" who stand at their towers peering into the distance. And some may have faulty vision, others may...

Telling someone he's/she's STUPID is not a riot or rebellion. Why do you say stupid things?!? Bobby Jo

I AGREE You can't have it both ways, when the Supreme Court rules AGAINST the Constitution. Mommy says "NO", but Daddy says "YES". And I obey my parents! -- WHAT?!? Bobby Jo

... and the Supreme Court never makes a bad decision? Not in any particular order: Dred Scott -- Ruling black people aren't citizens. Plessy v. Ferguson -- Allowing separate-but-equal. Buck v. Bell -- Permitting compulsory sterilization. Korematsu v. United States -- Upholding Japanese...

If the plain language isn't enough, then a "prominent constitutional scholar" won't be enough either. -- For some, the TRUTH is never enough. Bobby Jo

The courts rule against the Constitution all the time, and @historyb stipulated "from a constitutional standpoint". @historyb is correct in his assessment. Bobby Jo

... more importantly, a Modern fulfillment complies the angels instructions in Dan. 12: Dan. 12:4 But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, until the time of the end. Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.” ... 9 He said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are...

People will be held accountable for their FALSE "replacement theology" assertions. Isaiah 59:1 Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, ... Bobby Jo

Ummmmmmm, I don't wait until I have a flat tire to check the spare. -- Meaning, it's important to anticipate not only events, but also consequences. And as such, if there is no Tribulation-era-rapture-of-the-church (and there isn't), a person would be well advised to prepare his/her household...

That's obvious! Bobby Jo

I don't think I'll be waiting on YOU! -- Could you send someone else??? Bobby Jo

To All, I'd long argued that Trump will lose the next election, so that a Democrat would be in the position of turning over our (the U.S.) sovereignty to the United Nations, -- because Trump would NEVER DO THAT. But now I think I'm WRONG! I also though that Trump and Netanyahu were the TWO...

Ummmmmmm, it would seem to me that at the end of the Millennial Kingdom when Jesus leaves the earth and ascends to the New Jerusalem, -- he takes his church along with HIM! :) Bobby Jo

Probably WAR ... It always seems that whenever there's a great accomplishment, tragedy follows. -- I'm thinking specifically about the man who sowed good seeds in his field, and at night the enemy came in and sowed weeds. (Matt. 13:24-25) Bobby Jo

Yeah, I agree with you, but it seems both Scripture and History have other plans. So I go down a path which I'd rather not take for the welfare and safety of my loved ones. And the thing that bothers me the most is what Scripture places the greatest emphasis on: Lke 22:36 He said to them, “But...

I too came to the TRUTH the long way around, having believed what I was told and then discovered for myself what the Scriptures actually said. So now should we also correct the errant "seven-year-tribulation" doctrine? Yeah, it's another teaching which contradicts Scripture: Rev...

And if it indeed is as some would purport, then Rev. 6 is lacking: Rev. 6:13 Then one of the elders addressed me, saying, “Who are these, clothed in white robes, and whence have they come?” 14 I said to him, “Sir, you know.” And he said to me, “These are they who have come out of the great...

I agree, and really only arrived to that conclusion when numbering the Dan. 2 sequence. But given other input, it does make sense that in GOD's design "7" is "perfect" (whether a "week" or the "world empires"), and in a decimal system where "10" is "complete". But all in all, it's nothing I...
