    The Unpardonable Sin

So many speculations, so much conjecture. :( Most are close. Yet, in very simple terms--Here it is: God is spirit; God has made mankind for His own purpose and pleasure; He is weeding out all evil; and meanwhile...one may hear about God's salvation from people of flesh and blood (even from...

What should you tell your kids about Santa Claus?

The term "make believe" should be fully taken to heart. Any good parent (including God) rightly softens the harder realities of many things in life for their children first with something more gentle. Adults often do something similar even with other adults, saying things like, "Better sit...

The Great Apostasy in the Church.

Good! Here is the multiple (all in one) factor: 1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive.

The Great Apostasy in the Church.

No, nothing has been deleted. But why do you believe or assume the immortal body is physical, when it is written that we must be "born again of the spirit of God?" (Rhetorical) I've given you the answer already, that "that which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the spirit...

The Great Apostasy in the Church.

And yet what you have stated is not biblical, and does not, nor cannot be reconciled with all scripture. Matthew 6:23 But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

The Great Apostasy in the Church.

No...and to even begin to understand you will need to stop using your worldly logic (your own understanding) to rationalize what is written. A renewing of your mind is called for...as it is written. When Jesus was resurrected--in the twinkling of an eye the dead and the living in Christ...

The Great Apostasy in the Church.

You can't quote one scripture against another. To do so, is to call God who inspired them both, a liar--it is unforgivable. It just shows that you have not reconciled all scripture and that your interpretation is false.

    What is freewill?

The one I quoted, about which you did not understand what I said (post #59).
  9. ScottA

The Great Apostasy in the Church.

That's not biblical. God has always had the ability to be anything including "flesh"--it's nothing new. He created all things that are made of matter out of nothing simply by speaking them into existence, manifested angels as men, and rose the dead even before Jesus' resurrection. What you...

Where did Jesus go when he died?

There is more to Jesus' death and resurrection than meets the eye (or than has formerly been understood). The key of which was eluded to when Jesus said, "Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day"...which is the finish of "take, eat...

The Great Apostasy in the Church.

Why do you consider these to be two and different, since Jesus has gone to the Father and is One with Him who in His glory is spirit?

    The Abomination of Desolation

So, all according to Nebuchadnezzar and this world, all according to this world and not pointing to what and He who is greater--that's your conclusion? Amazing! Sad :( Isaiah 6:9 And He said, “Go, and tell this people: ‘Keep on hearing, but do not understand; Keep on seeing, but do not perceive.’

    What is freewill?

Then you would do well to study the passage and before and after, and pray.

Anyone getting the new Covid booster?

"No weapon formed against you shall prosper..." but that's not the armory I recommend. Too political.

    What is freewill?

And you have it: "A wicked and adulterous generation."

The Kingdom of God vs. The Kingdom of Heaven

The only difference is not a difference between the two, but is only different by what is being addressed in each passage. The kingdom of God is a general term, while the kingdom of heaven is a more specific term refer rather to just one part of the whole.

    What is freewill?

I have given you the truth from God, a clarification of the misconceptions of men throughout the ages which you have quoted. Corrections are just a part of what was to come. The reactions within that same time-based misunderstanding are also predictable. Go figure. You don't have to believe any...

What did Christ mean saying, God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.

He meant that just what God told Adam and Eve in the beginning is true, saying, "And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; 17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely...

    What is freewill?

I am not trying to debate or even discuss this matter, but simply set straight what is said regarding the truth from God...which is needed with each post that you have addressed to me. In this post you error in saying "There is no indication of how God's knows the end from the beginning, only...

    What is freewill?

No, not making it up. There is a difference in us existing in God and being made manifest in the world (our mother's womb).
