Revelation. Vision 4. Christ the Judge. Israel waiting Deliverance.

Israel waiting deliverance. Israel is the `wife,` of Jehovah. He is called her `husband.` This is a symbolic picture of the relationship God has with His people, Israel. He is joined to them in a covenant purpose, and although they had turned from Him, God is bringing them back to Himself...

Revelation. Vision 4. Christ the Judge. Babylon to Jerusalem.

BABYLON TO JERUSALEM When the city of Babylon has been destroyed then all of heaven resounds with the praises and acclamation to God. There is the great multitude of people, the 24 elders (representing the Body of Christ) and Christ`s living ministries...

Revelation. Vision 4. Christ the Judge. The Judgment of Economic Babylon.

The Judgment of Economic Babylon. This capital of the world`s economy has boasted that it is secure from any financial and commercial difficulty - `will see no sorrow.` Man has finally put together a system that controls everyone on earth by a mark, number or name. (Rev. 13: 16 & 17) But it is...

Revelation. Vision 4. Christ the Judge. Economic Babylon.

ECONOMIC BABYLON The city of Babylon will not only be the centre of man`s Religious System, which gets destroyed, but also the centre of commerce and finance – the Global Economy. We are now given a picture of this aspect of the city of Babylon. It is called a `prison` and `a habitation of...

    The Final Gentile Global Leader.

Hi Davy, They can`t be the same as the false prophet as `he exercises all the authority of the first beast IN HIS PRESENCE.` (Rev. 13: 12) As to those in the GWT where does it say that `No flesh born man is judged and sentenced until the GWT judgment?`

Revelation. Vision 4. Christ the Judge. Political Babylon.

Political Babylon. The picture we see is of this religious system that has persecuted believers and killed many. It is in a close relationship with a beastly entity. `And I saw the woman...

    The Bride, Symbol.

Hi Enoch, Thank you for those scriptures. So, can we look at them more closely. 1. John 3: 28 & 29. Jesus is identified as the bridegroom. (as you so rightly said) Now we know that Jesus came to His own, Israel. They are identified as the bride, the wife. The Body of Christ was not revealed...

How does the Body of Christ Mature?

Yes, the OT Prophets did preach repentance, however I think it was National Repentance. John the Baptist preached personal repentance as to the people receiving Christ as their Messiah. I would like to hear your thoughts too.

    The Bride, Symbol.

`Be diligent to present yourself approved of God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.` (2 Tim. 2: 15)

How does the Body of Christ Mature?

Good point. John the Baptist prepared the way for Jesus` manifestation. (Mal. 3: 1) John did this by calling for repentance from the people of Israel in preparation to receive Jesus as their Messiah. (Matt. 3: 1) John knew that he was a sinner as other people. However, the message he presented...

How does the Body of Christ Mature?

Hi quietthinker, Good question. I think that Jesus said that John was the greatest born of women, being the last of the Old Testament Prophets, because the Lord was about to usher in His rulership which we know is greater than all.

Hi Davy, Thank you for responding. Now can you give some scriptures to back up your comments?

How does the Body of Christ Mature?

Hi quietthinker, Because on one hand Jesus says John the Baptist was the greatest born of a woman, and then He says but the one least in the kingdom of heaven is greater. One would think, aren`t the ones in the kingdom of heaven also born of women. And then we can think well those in the...

How does the Body of Christ Mature?

Hi devin, Yes, to know the love of God is why the Head has enabled us to receive His divine nature, (2 Peter 1: 4). And then of course love `rejoices in the truth,` (1 Cor. 13:

How does the Body of Christ Mature?

Hi Scott, Actually, Jesus said a tad more - `Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than Joh the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.` (Matt. 11: 11) Now there is an interesting puzzle.

How does the Body of Christ Mature?

Hi Scott, good thoughts there. Now just a comment on `women being silent, and having authority over..` the Greek words relates to being meddlesome and usurping control, not to dominate. Marilyn.
