But we are to forgive people more than 70 times 7. Jesus 70 times 7 was different from Daniels because Daniels was a times table. Jesus was answering the question of are we to forgive 7 times thus Jesus was using the 7 to show an unlimited number. Which verses were you referring to which the...

Daniel 9:25-26 25 “Know and understand this: From the time the word goes out to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One, the ruler, comes, there will be seven ‘sevens,’ and sixty-two ‘sevens.’ It will be rebuilt with streets and a trench, but in times of trouble. 26 After the...

I do I don't see that as solid fulfillment surely Jesus or any NT writer especially Matthew would of confirmed it like Matthew repeatly did in his gospel. I think the points in my post hold water 1-Some people think that the 70 weeks start in 445 BC, but this is 160 years after 605 B.C...

Yes there won’t be a future 70th week to do with any antichrist but this belief is a different view This is a different than most views of Daniels 70 weeks. Most people put Daniels 70th week in the future and call it the time of Jacobs trouble or the great tribulation but the time table below...

Galatians 3:23-29 23 Before the coming of this faith, we were held in custody under the law, locked up until the faith that was to come would be revealed. 24 So the law was our guardian until Christ came that we might be justified by faith. 25 Now that this faith has come, we are no longer...

Thanks Randy myself and my dad fell the same way

The sheep pen is the church The Good Shepherd and His Sheep 10 “Very truly I tell you Pharisees, anyone who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber. 2 The one who enters by the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 The gatekeeper opens...

How about Know Jesus know True Israel

Hey we’ve discussed this before LOL. You are always a gentleman to debate with Randy

Okay how about Jesus own words John 10:16 I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd. Jesus clearly states above that there is only one people in His kingdom made up of both Jew and...

Also why did Paul use two descriptive words for Israel here? “The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob. How about “The deliverer (Jesus) will come from Zion;(national Israel) he will turn godlessness away from Jacob (true Israel)

So how would you explain Romans 9:6? It is not as though God’s word had failed. For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel. In my opinion this verse blows away any argument about who true Israel is. It reveals what Paul meant by true Israel.

Amen Colossians 1:12-13 was written as a current reality in Paul’s time

Thanks but I wasn’t saying that nations are bad (they actually are because no one is good but God). What I am actually saying is that eventually people and nations conform. This happened with the flood, In past nations built on Christian principles and even countless churches. This is why...

Whenever religions become national it never works and eventually conforms and becomes more of man’s religions with man’s rules views. Take for example the time from Adam to the flood,Israel or even Christianity in the Roman Empire. Even so called Christian nations like England, Canada and the...

Genesis 4:13-16 13 Cain said to the Lord, “My punishment is more than I can bear. 14 Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me.” 15 But the Lord said to him, “Not so; anyone who...

I think Eve said that because he was the first born he wasn’t made outside of the body. Genesis 4:13-16 13 Cain said to the Lord, “My punishment is more than I can bear. 14 Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the...

Thanks that is my beautiful family they are amazing. I think that text is in the bible for a reason and it is a message and the bible gives us what we need to know as so many other events happened which are not on the bible. Thus there is a message and a purpose. When it states that they...

The post with verse two is that they are married who ever they wanted and only because they were beautiful.

Yes there is truth in a lot of what you say here that I also know but I believe verse 2 below shows that it wasn’t how God based marriage Genesis 6:1-3 When human beings began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, 2 the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans...
