In my time I have seen many, MANY "get all excited" come along to a few meetings....get bored and fall away like a puff of wind...they had no root in HIM.

...

I did. Once a son is born, he is born...you cannot poke him back in. Once a son, always a son. ( Until a Bride!!! )

Sorry ..but the only seed that took ROOT and thrived were the good seed. It is just the same as the 10 talented man, the five talented and the 1., who just buried his..= no fruit. Once SAVED, always saved.

Got it...I think. Making notes on it. Thank you!

I see that the only labouring that we do is the choice we make moment by moment to walk in His Spirit, and not ours. As we mature, it should become effortless, our second nature..which has become our FIRST...if you know what I mean. ;) There is no coasting into 'heaven'. Paul's "pressing...

Done..request sent. But you know we often do not agree on things...LOL

Hey BOL Agree, we can absolutely lose our PLACE/Position ...but too many equate that with salvation. A son is a son is a son. The prodigal was a son..a stinking son, a pig pen son...nevertheless his Father looked daily for His sons return. The son was not un-son-ed. We know that Jesus...

Off topic I know...but I am dumb. What is the difference between Browser and Search engine ? I thought they were one and the same!!

Excellent.....I am noting that Scott...I have tried saying that myself...but it doesn't come out as clearly as this above. The best I can do is.."God speaks down to us in mouse-talk " ( ant talk is too smart...they are smarter than mice!!) ... our own comprehension is almost zero..impossible...

Yep...hidden in Him....God IS, and everything else..ain't. ....

They are adorable. I have forgotten your link...I had it once, but didn't bookmark it.

As I read that Mark..it seems to stop short. There is much more 'in God'...than our initial salvation. We go ....further up and deeper in... As Episk said...Paul saw a vision of what was 'beyond'...until our dying breath God is always revealing more of Himself to us.. For me....the Rest...

Not only 'see it', but also live there . When we get up in the morning - 'in which realm do we live, move, and have our being..". right?

Do what!! How come...

I so often 'chip' back at you on some of your posts...but on this I totally agree. :)

I never read a thread until I have answered the OP. Then I go back and see what people posted. More like - WHO is it!! :) He is our Sabbath ... "Come unto Me all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest"

I have "stolen" your little man. :)

Fat Tuesday? ..... Lovely here...we are feeling some warmth from the sun now! Yay! But not much melting going on...

Says you... :) We will see my friend, we will see.
