This is so silly it isn't worth responding to. I do wonder how you feel righteous in condemning Paul. Even King David was wise enough , when he had the opportunity to kill King Saul .. .he said he would not dare to touch the Lord's anointed. So he just cut the hem of his robe to prove that...

Well done! You found it. My mum used to sing that to us as kids. I was not much of a fan of pease pudding...because she always served it with salt boiled beef which I never liked at all. :( BUT, we had a faithful dog which sat under the table at meal times...IF dad wasn't there...and we;'d...

Come right over... :) You have tried other countries...have you 'done' Canada yet? LOL When you come make sure you come west...the East side is humid and they speak French there haha!! The West is God's country.

Agree. Nice to see you...Welcome to the Site. :)

Yes, we only need faith for today. Even if our faith feels small and weak, we just have faith in Him anyway. Believing that God can do, will do, and is doing what is best for each one of us. We focus our faith on His will, not just our own desired outcome. And, then we let it all go, and...

We are still enjoying "Fall" weather in the middle of winter...it hovers between 5C above freezing and 5 degrees below freezing. Wonderful! Very blessed indeed. :)

Amen..Bless you! .... Maybe a bit late in saying "welcome to the Site." :)

Have faith today, my friend. Even if our faith feels tiny and weak, have faith anyway. Believe that God can do, will do, and is doing what is best for you. Focus your faith on His will, not just our desired outcome. And, then let it go. Trust Him with the outcome. Believing “for” the...

Very sorry to hear this. Yes, we will pray for Paul right now. ✟ Bless you all...

Rita..they are into more dried beans over here than we were over there. Do you do split peas over there...and the yellow split peas we'd call 'peace pudding'..my mum did it in a muslin bag. Not sure that is the right spelling for 'peace pudding'!! Hahah! Black eyed peas are what we...

How on earth did they create 34 posts out of this subject. But that was 7 years ago! :D

I "thought" that I knew where all this was going...I "thought" that I was getting it...but now my head is spinning again... LOL :D It seems to me that everyone is saying the same thing....which probably shows that I still don't have a clue and I am not locked down on any one version of the...

Plus 5C here...very nice indeed...no snow..and sunshine.

AGREE, it goes for all of us. There is no longer any "best"...we are all like dirty washpots. The whole world , no longer interested in God and His standards. I was VERY sad when reading your quote from @aspen He has never returned since his last rehab. I have written, and he usually...

Hello my friend..Happy New Year...may it be your best in Christ ever! Oh I know what you mean...the old "Death to the self" message that is ever with us. Now I understand your post more. Even with 'the sin' of self consciousness , is it not already taken care of? How powerful was His...

And to you also. May 2019 be a year of rich blessing for you and your house. ✟
