@Christ4Me Do you ever really discuss? Do you even read anything I post? Why do you keep throwing that word, ecumenical, in my direction? Over the years of serving God as I have changed on things as I have also grown toward Him, but I have always strongly opposed ecumenism. That has not...

Resist not, but resist! "But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also." Matt 5:39 "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." James 4:7

Praying for you now!

Everyone is right to himself. However, not one who has not yet overcome as Jesus overcame is always right to God. Because of this it is necessary to go repeatedly to that lowest room empty allowing God to refill or fix or change as He sees the need. God forces no man to go there. Give God the...

I agree that not everyone will test the spirits. Why should you doubt that I have done so? Have I not testified of my daily contact with God? Do you doubt it because it differs in detail with your own? What is that to you? "Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do...

We truly need God's help to move beyond what our five senses are able to perceive.

Too much discussion, I believe, on a prayer thread. There are sub-forums available for such discussions!

In his flesh alone, any person might think higher of himself than he ought because of any gift or gifts received from God. This pride too must be overcome in order to partake of the tree of Life! "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh...
