When did Jesus chase out the money changers from the temple?

I think the 3.5 yrs was foretold in Daniels 70 week prophecy. This is the best chart I could find breaking this prophecy down.

    On my way to Italy

It is clear you have not been in dire straits to the point where you are prepared risk your life crossing an ocean on an overcrowded inflatable?

I will lead My People into the Holy Land

God is a consuming fire Deut. 4:24, Heb. 12:24 .... How is it the righteous are not consumed? I think your 'coronal mass' thing Keraz, is wishful thinking. I'm persuaded you understand the 'wrath of God' as you would the wrath of man.....an insatiable itching to get even.

Did Abraham worship Idols before he left UR

Interesting question Jay. Another question I find thought provoking is the account of God telling Abraham to sacrifice Issac. I find it implausible that God would make such a request particularly since human sacrifice was forbidden in later Hebrew law. The idol worshippers surrounding Abraham...

When did Jesus chase out the money changers from the temple?

What we have recorded on the life of Jesus is a small amount of what actually unfolded in his thee and a half years of ministry, to say nothing of his previous thirty years. The objective is to get what his visit to our planet was about and that is to reveal the definitive character of God. His...

When did Jesus chase out the money changers from the temple?

The Disciples are writing letters and as such they write what is foremost in their memory as it comes to mind thirty odd years later. I doubt whether what is recorded is all in precise chronological order. The chronology is something we can/ need to work out.

This world and the wicked are going up in a puff of smoke when Jesus come - thus negating Premil

Question is, did God do the destroying or were there other forces at work? If that is the case, they've pulled a clever stunt by giving God the blame.......and to cap it off, have it recorded in such a way that it enters the annuls known as 'God's Word' The 'Word of God' which I have come to...

Why does Jesus say “i have come ‘not’ those who think they are righteous but those who know they are sinners?

I mean, if it's all blown out the whistle there's not enough to drive the engine.

The Son of Man returns with and for his people

Could it be possible that your understanding of the Abrahamic promises require revisiting?

Why does Jesus say “i have come ‘not’ those who think they are righteous but those who know they are sinners?

Steam is useful stuff when it is under pressure; it drives heavy machinery. One must be mindful of blowing it all out the whistle.

    Perks of aging

There are plenty of old fools Wynona......and thank God the journey of/ to wisdom is reflected in your post here. Unlearning the uselessness of 'prattle' is high value.....and where was God when Ezekiel looked for him?... in the 'still small voice' :)

I will lead My People into the Holy Land

These scriptures Keraz speak of Jesus and his restoration yet you see it not. How else could God convey salvation to the recalcitrant people of Israel without the understanding the Apostles have brought to us of Jesus? Luke 24:25 'He said to them, “How foolish you are, and how slow to believe...

Jesus Versus the Bible - Who will win?

'God's Word' is Jesus according to John 1. I believe it is important to distinguish between Jesus, the things he said and what the prophets wrote of what God said. They often attributed to God what was culturally believed as fact but in actual fact was incorrect. If you want details, you'll need...

The Son of Man returns with and for his people

Jesus return will be in the clouds of heaven. I personally believe these clouds will be millions of angels but if one wants to think it'll be water vapour, I'm not going to argue it. His return will be a rescue mission, he will not touch the earth at this event. There is another event (return)...

The Son of Man returns with and for his people

The problem and the confusion as I see it Randy is the premise of human being immortal. If the Serpent's lie to Eve in Eden is believed (and most do) in that they believe when one dies one either goes to Heaven or Hell they are saying you will not die (immortal) ie, you are with in bliss or in...
