    Saved to perish?

There is no combining of darkness and light. Fire brings light. You may have to think about it for awhile. Outer darkness has NOTHING to do with hell or the lake of fire. These are opposites.

    Saved to perish?

There is no "forever" in the verse. If it was meant to be so it would be written in. Unless you have a preference and wish to add in a length of time of your choice. But there are many other verses that say that the second death is final....dead. And many confuse the destiny of an eternal...

    Saved to perish?

You have found the only verse in the bible that may suggest that some people (who worship the beast) will be tormented forever (?) in the lake of fire. There are many possible outcomes at judgment. People will over-simplify there being only a heaven and a hell...which are places that are not...

    Saved to perish?

The second death has no torment in it. It is a death. But there is an eternal darkness reserved for they who have displeased the Lord among HIS people.

    Saved to perish?

Actually outer darkness. A believer in Christ has passed from death to life. But there is no guarantee on what that life will be like. We reap as we sow.

WHAT IS THE SIN UNTO DEATH?

Until an act is committed in the physical realm the devil has nothing to show for it. So God sees the sin indeed. God sees our thoughts. So we still sin with the mind. But it is only as the sin is brought to maturity in the physical realm that it leads to death. God gives us a chance to change...

WHAT IS THE SIN UNTO DEATH?

A sin unto death is a sin that separates us from God. Like how Adam and Eve sinned in the garden. A sin pondered in the mind but not acted upon is not unto death...not until it is acted upon.

    The Decoy Gospel

“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” (Galatians 2:20)

    The Decoy Gospel

Some men know more than others... "....there has to be some undoing before there can be any upbuilding. The Christ who is the power of God to us is the crucified Christ who progressively applies the cross to us also so that being released from the flesh which so holds us back, we may advance in...

    The Decoy Gospel

So you are not going to obey the Lord but just hold to a religious position instead...because of what Jesus did? See, that is why most will claim much for themselves but do little to nothing in regards to obedience to God.

    The Decoy Gospel

It depends if they say they are following Him. We will be judged by our words. Believers will be judged harder than non-believers after all.

    The Decoy Gospel

Why do people feel to overturn the words of Jesus? It's really beyond me. Do you think you understand more than the Son of God? I just repeated what Jesus said. Just because I don't put a verse number beside the statement doesn't make it LESS than the words of Jesus. Jesus did not use verse...

    The Decoy Gospel

That statement is misused by many to avoid the cross themselves. Jesus fulfilled His part. Now it is our turn. Whoever does not take up their own cross to follow Him is not worthy of Him.

    The Decoy Gospel

Salvation is a process. When we were still carnal He forgave our sins (past sins) because we are ignorant of the gospel message...that is that a power is come to earth in the form of grace that sets us free from present and future sins. (Few believe this to be so.) The remission of sins means...

    Right, Wrong, and Moral.................

What is highly esteemed by men is abomination with God. There is no way to make moral rules about kingdom life. The standard of life in holiness is higher than any law. Love fulfills the law.

    Right, Wrong, and Moral.................

The way of morality is not the Christian way. Remember the tree of good and evil. Morality is when we decide what is right and good...without any interference from God in the situation. To be led by the Spirit means we wait on the Lord for His voice that comes from LIFE...the tree of...

    Romantic Love In Eternity?

What of the love that surpassed women between Jonathan and David? 2 Sam. 1:26 I am distressed for thee, my brother Jonathan; very pleasant hast thou been unto me. Thy love to me was wonderful, passing the love of women.

    The Decoy Gospel

I took this from another site... Narcigesis "Narcissistic Eisegesis (“Narcigesis”) = Forcing the Bible to mean something you already want it to mean by superimposing yourself into the meaning of the passage, rather than interpreting Scripture for what it means about God, and letting the...

    The Decoy Gospel

If a person wishes to remain honest and un-deceived in regards to salvation and the gospel..there are a few questions one should ask oneself. 1. Does the bible EVER sanction self-justification? Ever? Who is doing the justifying? People think that the bible sanctions that we declare ourselves...

    The Decoy Gospel

Spiritual gifts? Great care must be taken to avoid becoming a religious soul...where we are looking too hard for prophetic messages in the alphabet soup of our daily lives. The pagan religions did this...looking for signs. Interpreting the flight of birds. To be a prophet one must avoid the...
