I believe these verses are symbolic for the judgement on Jerusalem in 70AD at the end of the temple and sacrificial age. The same symbolic descriptions for judgement are used in the Old Testament

Read Daniel chapter 10 and you will see that demons are kings and princes over nations

Only demons are cast into the lake of fire before the judgement day thus they are demonic beings over nations influencing them through their leaders

Because that whole text is talking about the first advent and is full of symbolism. Why would it go from symbolism to literal in the same text? Why would it mention the rod of His mouth and that His belt is His righteous and then tell us about wolves literally laying with lambs when it doesn’t...

None of these verse show that satan had anything to do with it it just shows that Cain sinned and became evil thus he then belonged to the devil
