No, I have posted what I believe and what I have experienced many times on forums including this one over the years with regard to tongues. I do not know all of the answers. Only God does. God increases people when He does. As to my personal testimonies..., that is what they are. I won't argue...

I would say that for some, perhaps many, delusion is already here because people have not loved the Truth. Will it get worse? For persons, who love the Truth, it need not.

A language they could understand? Like an Englishman understanding English? Hmmm? How much good does it do us if we understand every single word, but are unable to understand God's message? What have you seen on this forum? The common language is English, but is there not very often a...

What do you suppose Jesus spoke when he spoke in parables? How many understood him before he gave an interpretation of a parable for a very few close followers... but not for everyone? Jesus spoke the parable and also gave the interpretation.

When or what is Christ's return for a person who really have been born again/born from above? If Christ is already in a person, will he be returning to or for that person? "To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you...

Thank you for clarifying your meaning!

I am not an expert on the original languages, so I too must trust that God has guided the hand of the translators. My trust is in God. I am not a JW, but in some respects I am likely closer to them than to many of the other groups/churches which call themselves Christians. I seek God's...

Going through difficulties may do just that... if we never quit on God. Not hearing from God causes some people to give up... to quit. They do not understand and perhaps they really do not want to understand what God's purpose is for men in general or the individual in particular.

Give God the glory!

You are very welcome. My closest encounter to your situation occurred more than 40 years ago while I was working. A strange man, a serial rapist, came to our home, shut our two toddlers in a closet and raped my wife. The safety of those two children concerned my wife more than what might be...

@Orchid Praying for you sister!

Is it bad? I posted it because it is what a great many people used for many years as their Bible back in a time when there were not dozens of English Bibles from which to choose. As you have already seen on a number of threads on this forum and now this one, people walk with God in different...

I won't rehash all of these things with you. You disagree with where I and with why I am there. That is your prerogative. If I saw that you were right and that I was wrong on things, I would certainly want to change, to be changed. Over my many years walking with God I have changed on quite a...

Name it then whatever you like, but I have been talking to God in a language He gave to me 46 years ago. For many years now it has been a daily communication link between me and Him. You can disbelieve it, but for me you cannot disprove it. You use the scripture to support your position as if...

Unfortunately, it is not a new thing here on this forum. Some kind of a fluke in the system that is beyond the ability of the mods to fix. Sometimes it is worse than others. With so many new posts these days on the forum it makes it easy to miss a post directed specifically to you. Most...

Of course, Jesus could have explained. He had explained previously but people too involved in their own things did not bother themselves, could not be bothered to really pay close attention or to ask for help to understand. God does not twist people's arm to make them receive the Truth. If by...

Thank you for your prayers, sister. I finally slept for about 4 hours from 10AM today. Not enough certainly, but a beginning which hopefully will improve tonight.

Lots of idols around effectively being worshipped but so seldom being recognized for what they are... no matter what they once may have been! "He removed the high places, and brake the images, and cut down the groves, and brake in pieces the brazen serpent that Moses had made: for unto those...

Yes, indeed, no spirits allowed..., not even the Holy Spirit of God! "Quench not the Spirit." But that is what the churches mostly teach people... just the opposite with their tightly enforced rules and regulations and their black and white statements of faith. Black and white but who is able...

@stredaleve @marks I forgot to post the page I scanned from Matthew:
