It will take better than that to change my mind. :) I believe Jesus paid the price for all sin... the sin of the world from beginning to the end. I believe that was always the Plan 'from before the beginning of the world' Most do not know that, or maybe want to know that. They still sit in...

Yes, I forgot that one.. :) I missed you for a couple of days...or maybe it was me missing LOL

I checked out the link...but I don't buy into it. Every verse quoted in it was quoted by John. More than a coincidence I believe. So no... especially as it mention the 'last supper'....why on earth would Lazarus be there? He was not one of the 12. I still believe it was John himself. :)

"Behold, we count them happy which endure." -"We glory in tribulations: ... knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. " -...

.........By Oswald Chambers We know that all things work together for good to those who love God… —Romans 8:28 The circumstances of a saint’s life are ordained of God. In the life of a saint there is no such thing as chance. God by His providence brings you into circumstances that you can’t...

Praying for your trip. Maybe the Lord place you in a bubble of His protection. May He send angels to be with you... ✟ Your symptoms sound like a panic attack.... As you mentioned...you must face this problem of your dad...and you will feel much stronger and take back the control that you...

How so? I had never ever heard that! I am intrigued...who was the other John then? And who says they are not the same person? Thanks. ( not trying to knock the thread off topic)

If you do a “copy and paste of part of a persons post ...then make sure you add your name to your post. You replied to Hidden In Him ‘s post..by copy ...but he won’t get a red Alert in his bar (top right) The Alert draws attention of the one you write to if you use the reply button. But if you...

I read your post a couple of times. I am far from a ‘wise one’ ....but I think the answer is in the “many crowns” ... As He is king of kings and Lord of Lords...why “many crowns”?

Like most things...it may have started out as a good thing...but I saw a woman in Safeway two days before our thanksgiving Oct 6th She had THREE carts full and over flowing with food, candy and drinks. I think the pilgrims would turn in their graves....it's all about face-feeding, for the...

Well re the OP , I have yet to see 'proof' that we were only forgiven our past sin's. Hmmm I wonder if Jesus knew that ....that He only did half of a job...

I think the USA Thanksgiving is more boring than the Canadian one. At least in Canada there is TWO months before another turkey!! Turkey used to be a treat in England...but with turkey twice in a few weeks 'the Christmas turkey' is ruined. :( And my son in law wants it again at Easter!!! It...

We are British...we don't have Thanksgiving in England. Not where everyone sit and eats themselves silly!! Ha! In England in October people bring fruit and veggies to the church and it is a 'harvest festival'...then they take foods and they are packed in boxes and given to the old or the...

6 "Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life. " Without the Holy Spirit we are but as blind men groping.... Praise God for He who dwells within, who speaks , comforts , guides and teaches.

Me too John. I'm stuck on thinners too, probably for the rest of my life. Ps 31.15 "My times are in Thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, " Sickness is our enemy. I am not as strong in healing now I am much older...aging comes. We are not all Moses who's 'natural resources...

Dear friend Do you remember me mentioning counselling the man with the gun. I will fill in a bit more of his story. He was a preacher friend... he chose to preach to the poor in South America, rather than the rich in the USA states. He traveled a lot. His wife was a miserable person, very...

..you are kidding!! And that is the better covenant!!! We have much much more than that...we have Christ Himself..and the power of the Holy Spirit within us... The kingdom with...
