BTW Ms. Helen I was only having a little fun with the "foul/fowl" comment …..I watched a youtube video of people deep frying turkey...I guess it can be an extremely dangerous environment! This one guy put a FROZEN turkey in the fryer and the oil exploded everywhere....YIKES!

Well I am happy to report I was NOT disappointed in the outcome....HOWEVER....it took nearly an hour for the oil to heat up (not expecting that) and the turkey was suppose to cook for 30 minutes but had to keep turning it over because the oil dissipated and didn't cover the turkey after about 15...
