Well I am glad that you were brave enough to say that. I have been talking to him in PM's as well as in all his threads....and I had the very same thought this morning. I am "weighing it". I'm opting out now. I have said all I have to say. :)

Agree. The Father wants us to 'want' a relationship...He is not demanding that we understand things. Heck, some of us have been christians for 50 years , and we still don't know our elbow from our knee!!! :)

You don't "have" to do anything. God wants a relationship with us. It is not a 'religion' of "do's and Don'ts." You can forget it all. And just talk to God...none of us are saying that you MUST do anything. You are worrying too much. You are overthinking.

Well said and very wise. He is trying to understand things which at the moment are irrelevant. Plus he must be confused, one person tells him one thing and someone else another thing.

I think it works the other way around...they listen better once we have some kind of relationship with them. :)

Yesterday was nice...today cold and dark again..but at least no snow :D So I guess that makes it a good day!!! lol We agree on healthy food. But my downfall is chocolate. I can do without it for a while...then suddenly I want sone again...at least once a week. :(

I for one object to those who "scare people by hell preaching" I just pray that people will see the love of God for His creation and mankind... God is Love....and "Love Wins".

I don't get out much these days... But my husband goes to the mall..gets a coffee and sit in the foodcourt. Then he starts chatting to people around him. He comes home with many stories..some people let him pray for them. In our you younger days we did 5 years evangelizing in Pubs, clubs...
