Thank you sister!

This however would makes God a respecter of persons. He is not!

Joining in prayer here!

I consider many things and study many things, and look up meanings and recognize that God alone definitely has all of the answers. Sometimes He shares His answers with me. Sometimes He does not.

The size of a person's brain, I believe, has nothing to do with his standing with God. I look to the whole of the scriptures which I read regularly in three languages plus I look to God as well each day. I see many other possibilities in doctrines or beliefs which have resulted almost...

You are looking at men's answers and solutions using men's logic. I am simply looking at my answers and solutions from God. You expect me to change? Don't be surprised if I don't. I know that I do not have all of the right answers, but I do believe that God does and if I stay on His side He will...

A person may tell us what he believes, but that does not mean that he or anyone else among men can separate honestly believed error from absolute truth in the totality of his beliefs. God may really have revealed the truth of a matter to a person, but what other person must believe that as...

Praying!

Are we remembering the Emperor who walked naked down the street in his fine newly completed set of clothes? [Hans Christian Andersen] "...Who told thee that thou wast naked?..." Gen 3:11

What you suggest may have happened, but I would go slow on stating it so definitely unless you are an expert also in the original languages as well as sincere follower of God who knows without any doubt that He is leading you in this. Having worked as a student in languages I well understand...

We may have to get on your case if you keep hitting us with these words above our pay grade... Give God the glory!

Lots of things happening today, but how much interest is shown by the average Joe on the street in the Heavens and Hell? This older thread has lots of interesting and perhaps informative posts on this subject. Below I have copied an older writing of my own from January of 2006 to hopefully...

Praying for you!

@ShineTheLight Praying that God provide you the help you need!

I am afraid that I am close to @Pearl on this. I read and study my Bible, but many of these phrases and abbreviations come from elsewhere, sometimes forums like this one. From such forums I have heard of a few of them but without looking them up I would not understand what they meant because I...

@MatthewG "Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them" Mark 11:24 What does it take for us to really believe that we will receive? Are our desires spoken/prayed to God equal to what God knows that we need? Do we...

Amen sister! Give God the glory!

You must get past men who do that, even though they may sincerely believe they are working for God. Really, however, I believe that they are as in for the Left hand of God. Pharaoh was working as the Left hand of God when Moses was asking to the man let God's people go.

To someone with "ears to hear" perhaps!

I have seen people on this forum and others over the years use the word, "obvious", when it really was not, in any case, not to me. To me to believe in a 'Trinity', 'Eternal torment', 'a separate chief devil' and a number of others are not "obvious" things to believe. Just because the majority...
