Ya I forgot that they were making copies on Xerox copy machines powered by squirrels. "Read from church to church" Keep in mind that the word church in the Bible means congregations, no church buildings until after the Edict of Milan in 313 AD. And congregations were not necessary concerned with...

I am interrupting this conversation to interject a fun fact that people need to consider. The Bible is great! But how many people were saved during the first 1500 years of Christianity…..People did not get Bibles in their hands until the 1500’s

Find that in early Christian writings.... There is no "one" involved with the Trinity...There is one Godhead but they are three with their own minds. With their own names....One God can know something that the other does not. One God can give another God authority....One God can have authority...

Oh I am sorry….Christ never referred to His Father in the Gospels? His Father did not say He was pleased with His is Son at His Baptism? God so loved the world He gave His only begotten self? Christ was praying to Himself in the garden? Over a hundred scriptures that prove the one God...

The Truth and History can be shocking. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. You can count right….Over the years Christians have been conditioned to believe if it does not make any sense that is the proof that it is of God. Which makes them gullible for every silly belief there...

A day of rest? Terms and time periods and history. In the Old Testament the intent was to reduce labor. Not to let the animals go hungry or freeze because you could not close the door or put wood on the fire. But you should not cut wood on the holy day. Eating was limited to things you did not...

Matthew 6:5-15 “When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door...

Praise the Lord. Total faith and trust in the Lord is all that got me by as far as relationships so now it is me and the boxer pups that are my sanity.

LOL I am not sure if Latin was a live language when it was spoken. As time goes on we learn more about the ancient languages. One of the reasons, and I say one of the reasons for the Septuagint was because the Jews were losing their ability to read their own language. That is why I say there is...

I can say sorry for your rapes, but men cannot truly understand all the aspects of rape. I don’t even understand rape. I am very intelligent and analyze everything but I do not understand rape from a female’s perspective. I was molested as a child by a 30 year old woman and I went back for more...

There are differing options on this but none solid enough to debate. I am a formally educated theologian in 5 countries. The research right now is focused on communities that still speak it. But still there is room for error because it is an old language. But then to be fair it is not like we...

No, it is complicated, but Hebrew is not a dead language. At one time there was a lot of Jews that could not read Hebrew, but the language never really died. People forget that there is a difference between reading and speaking a language. They and we know the basic characteristics of their...

You are correct and it is not guesswork.

Ziggy I like you but that may not be a complement. I am obviously attracted to crazy girls….LOL. But I agree with much of what you are saying. When dealing with any issue that involves criminals and violence the best way to deal with it is in a non- violent matter. With illegal aliens, you...

Jehovah is not the Hebrew name for Yahweh in the Old Testament. Any one or person or place that you read has a name that starts with a J it is actually a Y. The letter J and it pronunciation did not come out until the 1400's AD. No biblical language has words that that sounded like a J. This is...

Oh no! Not the we are all robots religion again! Danger! Danger! Will Robinson! You do not want to be a robot!

Well ya know you can put a spiritual spin on anything. But if you read the storyline in the Old Testament it says nothing about the land of Shangri-La. God was talking about killing all that breathed and taking a physical land. The word spiritual does not appear there and there is a reason for...

You are right….evil then and evil today. But actually the promise land was a plan and covenant with Abraham.
