I am laughing because I have just been told by Benjamin Calvary that I have a creepy hand on my shoulder....I explained to Nancy when I first put it up...that it is my grandson's hand. :D Well the last one/ photo was older...this one was taken last week.... Are you and Rollo staying for a...

Hahaha!! Too true. When I first put this photo up I did explain to some that it was my grandsons hand and did look a bit creepy . :D :D The photo I had before was five years old..and I have aged in five years. lol Now I think I will laugh every time I see my picture. :D .........Helen

That made me laugh out loud ...so very true!! :D

Okay...I guess it hangs on "The Kingdom of Heaven shall be likened unto.." I can go with you there. I have always believed that the five foolish were "shut out" of the Millennial reign of Christ. If oil was still available ..and obviously it was, because- "they went to buy " And when they...

Well , once again...each to their own. The 10 virgins do not represent the Bride... bridesmaids or torchbearers for a procession, chosen to participate in a wedding. I have checked many times, and can nothing which confirms that the bridesmaids here represent the Bride herself ...

It's about time that you came back!! :D Well obviously you know what his avatar is ...I have been wondering since he got here...but I didn't want to ask! What is it? Is it a brain...with lights on? ............H

Yes. As were the Hebrew young men in Nebuchadnezzar's furnace. What was worldly and not 'of God' was burned away...ie the ropes that bound them. Our God is a refining Fire.

Agree... The artwork and wiki is creepy....nothing is 'of God' there...god maybe, but not God.

Surely Mark If The Holy Spirit is sent as a Comforter and a Teacher as Jesus says ...then He must have a voice. And I'd almost go as far as to say that I doubt any of us have heard any other voice since the day we were converted!! He is the speaker. ...

As for the abortion issue...I believe we have spoken before on it. If you remember my stand is..."God is no man's debtor" Although an aborted baby has been robbed of a full life...God is God...and He will always fill all the gaps. In God, they cannot lose out. I believe that at whatever...

Yep..that is "more or less" what I believe. Unlike you though Mary..I choose to hold some things lightly. Some things in scripture are clear...some things ( like this subject) are not clear. But, on the above...I doubt if you'll find two people on the Site which agree with me. They all...

I can speak for no one else... For myself...I do not believe that the Day of Judgement is here yet. The majority believe that at death a person goes one place or the other...I don't believe that. I strongly believe in a place between...so divine 'holding Place'. Maybe the unsaved are dead in...

Amen! Plus @JesusIsFaithful The Virgins corporately or even the five wise..were not the Bride..they were the bridesmaids. So not the best parable to use..

That is what I was saying. How on earth could you, I or Willie know the heart of the person who had been murdered...??? How on earth could we tell "where they go"? Any answer would just be a guess. Only God would know his or her heart...at the time they were murdered. So He alone would know...

@amadeus Bless you John for your faithful and kind ministry to your old Pastor. May God bless you double. ✟

I heard someone say once that the obscure verse in Isaiah 28..20 "For the bed is shorter than that a man can stretch himself on it; and the covering narrower than that he can wrap himself in it." Is similar to .....Isa 54 2 "Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains...

Yes, agree.. :)

You will probably get the same answer Mary...I doubt @Willie T know that answer any more than you are I do? :)

Not sure that I quite understand that question. The faith /denomination that I grew up in was the Church of England and the Brethren Church...then into the Methodist. While in all three I had no faith of my own, but those are the places I was taken until I was 15. So , no...I did not stick...

You did send it...but it was still nice to get it twice!! LoL You summer wasn't much to write home about was it...not being locked in and unable to put your foot on the ground for all those weeks and weeks!!! We need a poster to cheer us up...one who HAS had an awesome fun...
