I won't even look because this was a personal testimony of what God spoke to him.

This is a very timely post because this is what the Holy Spirit has been bringing to my mind for a week now.....and I just started a thread about angels on assignment....and the churches...wow...the church is heavy on my heart.

Angels is a subject that isn't taught on much in church but God has given angels assignments and they are to do His Will towards us in that particular assignment. We will judge angels, and a revelation that came to me years ago was that we will judge OUR angels assigned to us. Many believe this...

if WE would only learn to do this....cast our burdens on Him.

This is the WHOLE matter of having a blessed life free of stress and anxiety....IN ALL OUR WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM AND HE WILL DIRECT US.:D

this makes me cry...she didn't walk away at the first rebuke but determined in her heart to persevere and get what she came seeking.

No I didn't....lol....well I will change it....wanted an avatar as a woman warrior praying.

Jesus is the one truth that we can all agree on, Amen? So this thread is all about Him.....Share your favorite scriptures or teachings about who He is in your life. For me this one is resonating so much in my life today because my faith has recently gone through the 'trial by fire" and so I am...

Exactly, but there are also ways such as their message lining up with the Word, that it is leading people back to Jesus, and that it comes to pass.....but by spiritual discernment you can recognize that lying spirit and call it out.

By whose authority do you deny the prophets of God and what they have spoken and that they do not exist anymore. Persecution and rejection of God's messengers has been around since God raised up prophets...and are still to this day they are persecuted and rejected...so this false teaching such...

Okay that didn't really happen I was expecting a rebuttal...lol. But in all seriousness the Holy Spirit will speak to you when you allow Him to...God Bless!

Well the Holy Spirit told me to tell you to quit being a scoffer and He will speak directly to you as well! :p

Acts 8:9 Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. And coming to us, he took Paul’s belt and bound his own feet and hands and said, “Thus says the Holy Spirit, ‘This is how the Jews at Jerusalem will bind the man who owns this belt and deliver him into the...

He was the Spirit in the Flesh...born of the Holy Ghost.....anointed of the Holy Spirit

I am just laughing (not in a mocking way) because you are going to get tangled here....conversation vs communication..... In saying this it totally implies we need to get rid of every scripture that talks about hearing from God...IMHO.....This entire human body was created by the unseen spirit...

Isn't it strange that within the same verse there are 2 different terms used 1....being full of the Holy Ghost......2. ...and was led by the Spirit...now they both are referring to the Holy Spirit....but I am not a bible scholar but when I saw these two used in the same sentence I was wondering...

I am so sorry I guess I just don't comprehend what exactly you are seeking...speaking is speaking....whether it is in the flesh or in the spirit it is communication between the speaker and the hearer.

I don't know what your foundation and experience is with the Holy Spirit but if He is going to manifest His power through me or others in the gifts then we better be knowing His leading and His voice....and He speaks....There are scriptures about the Holy Spirit teaching us and guiding us into...
