Give God the glory!

Jesus is the Truth! "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6 The Truth is revealed to a person when what he has consumed from Scripture or preacher or priest or brother or other is quickened in him by the Holy Spirit...

What if the world is within the person or he is within it... and it is not planet Earth? "And now I am no more in the world,..." John 17:11 Try this one also: "And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh...

Give this a try: "For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity. All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and...

And so you may believe, but don't be too disappointed because not many here agree with your belief. Disagreements on this forum are rampant, with or without Catholic involvement.

"The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked speaketh frowardness." Prov 10:32 "But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the...

My own experience with Mormons I have known on and off forums and with whom I have worked over the years has been very good with only one exception. I truly wish that my experience with people bearing the label of Christian who are not Mormon was as good. "Even so every good tree bringeth forth...

Thank you for your answer. I have now have an important appointment to keep with a man about the scripture and the Lord. I hope to return here later today. Perhaps in the interim you will explain when and how that kingdom transfer was accomplished and what effect it would have had on all...

Was Jesus dead? "Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost." Matt 27:50 "And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost." Luke 23:46 Was Jesus dead? How many people did he...

When Moses made it from brass in Numbers 21:8 it was a type/shadow of Jesus which saved those who looked on it from the bites of poisonous snakes. What had it become in II Kings 18:4 when King Hezekiah destroyed it? What was the difference? The former was a type of the Word of God and the latter...

Don't go for the numbers. Very simply trust God, leaning heavily Him and asking Him for help while doing the best that you are able.

I came to God really in and through the UPC. I was a member of Oneness Jesus Only groups for 11 years ]1976-1987] in California and Wyoming. I moved to Oklahoma in 1987.

Many years ago when my mind worked much better, I was an avid Bible student and it was a primary reason for me backsliding about 10 years ending in 2002. My problem was presuming I could use my brain cells to figure it all out if I simply read the Bible and studied enough. My goal was to like...

It is really simple... for God! It is complicated for us unless and if God chooses to clarify it a bit. Sometimes He does, but we should not expect Him to do that just to satisfy our curiosity. There needs to be a need as God understands needs. People too often mix up their wants with their needs.

And, my friend, the answer is? God knows!

Yes, perhaps but where would we go with it and again there is that question: Why?

When we get into "time" with regard to God it might get complicated just trying to explain ourselves. Even though I do not embrace Trinitarianism I understand what your are saying. Of course, as you say, for you it is just a theory or perhaps speculation. Consider that when God created man...
