Hello everyone! Please join me in congratulating Born_Again as a newly appointed member of the "Encounter Team" We are thankful to have him as an encouragement leader and know that he will continue being an asset and a blessing to all of us here at Christianity Board. :) :) :)

I prayed for a girl last night who rang me around 11.30pm because her car had overheated and she'd found herself stranded in the wop wops [middle of no-where] with two little ones in the back. She had managed to get to a small gas station but needed to find a mechanic which is an impossible task...

Well said Bishop and welcome aboard!

Glad to have you join us here @CyB! I hope to see you around the board. Bless ya!

Can you see just below your post there is the word "quote" written in pale blue? To quote me you can either hit that "quote" feature on my post which will place the whole message that I had written into your post. You can then comment below. Alternatively, you can underline what I had said by...

Amen bro...we do agree on some things! ^_^ Yay!!!

Well the KJV is the least likely bible that I would use, especially with new believers, mainly because of it's archaic language. If it were 100% error free then it would not have been revised 4 times between 1611 ~ 1769. Major and minor revisions of the KJV were also made in 1613, 1629, 1638...

I do not believe in the Pre_Trib Rapture although one or two members here may do...

I'm sorry...I don't have the time to try to relate your bible scriptures to the questions I have asked. It seems to be melting in together. It would have been easier if you had quoted me and then answered my comments... *sigh* I work you know...

Okay brother, I will discuss this topic using the KJV ;) John 7 8 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given...

You speak from the perspective of believing that the KJV is the only bible that is authentic. That kind of belief is like saying that the Catholic Church is the only true Church because it was the first Church supposedly instigated by Peter in Rome ~ So why aren't you a Catholic?

That is why I tend to use a combination of bibles to get a better perspective of meaning ~ NIV84, NKJV, NKJV, NASB, Amplified

IMHO, I think that infant baptisms are more like dedications. Parents are dedicating their child to God. In NZ we have that in various Churches. Mostly Catholic, Baptists and I think some Anglicans may do it as well. :)

Billy Graham is a mighty man of God. As far as I understand...he is still alive aged 96. *"According to his biography, Billy Graham has preached to more people in live audiences than anyone else in history. He's preached the Gospel to nearly 215 million people in more than 185 countries and...

You are a KJVonlyer and you have a right to your own opinion. Tell me ~ what do you believe the Holy Spirit does?

Hi JesusIsFaithful, I enjoyed reading your intro post and hope to see you around the forum... Bless ya!

Father, You know all things ~ and you know what is happening in Maloya with the Church and the people you have called by your name. I ask father that you send your mighty angels to protect brother jagan, your people and their families from the forces of the evil one and I pray that their plans...

I grew up watching my mom interacting with people from all walks of life. She was an incredible inspiration to me. My mom had the uncanny ability to be able to talk to anyone from all walks of life. Children, young people, gang members, the homeless, the elderly. There didn't seem to be a...

...praying for John

I will pray for you ~ Father, Your word tells us that "you are the Lord that heals us", that "you heal all our diseases" "by your stripes, we are healed, by your wounds, we are healed." Father, I stand in the gap on behalf of brother Biblio and ask according to your word ~ that you heal him...
