    Rejected?

Hi Hashe. I don't think that an opportunity was lost but rather, God had answered. Think about it this way...God knows the beginning from the end and he knows what would have happened if these plans came to pass. He may have saved you a whole lot of trouble down the road. I would be thankful...

Strange Fire - A Pentecostal Response

The Holy Spirit is clear and concise rather than obscure and abstract. I would never be so bold as to make a claim that someone is not baptized in the Holy Spirit because they do not understand someone who talks in riddles... You're discussion seems to be taking a detour from the O/P. If you...

Strange Fire - A Pentecostal Response

Sorry, you have lost me in translation. What country do you hail from? Yes... I was referring to members in the body of Christ, the Church - should be able to evangelize. See the above post again. Hmmm.. is that part of the Jewish Judaic tradition? because I have never heard it...

Strange Fire - A Pentecostal Response

You are obviously confused with my post. Pentecostals, like most Gentile believing Christians, have been grafted in at the cross. "Shema" has to do with Judaism. We are not Jewish followers of Christ. No...I didn't, please read my post again. Btw: I do not believe in the OSAS theology. :D...

Strange Fire - A Pentecostal Response

I don't know who you are talking to here but you are preaching to the choir. Your emphasis is on the fact that the gifts of the Spirit manifested in us is an indication of the presence of the Spirit signaling the new covenant believer. This so, however, the outworking of such gifts is for the...

    At a standstill

Hi honey, I know what you mean by this. When I am in turmoil over a matter, the Holy Spirit gives me an inner peace which tell me not to worry any more or be concerned because he is on it and all is well. Praying for that inner peace for you. Let all things work together for good, for those who...

    Waiting…

Waiting... Looking back as a born-again believer and very new to Church culture, I can recall how excited I was to be a part of the body of Christ and sometimes reminisce on how God had given me good works (exploits) to do and used me powerfully in so many situations through the Holy Spirit...

    imagination of faith

Hi anton, I'm finding it a little hard to understand your post and I'm thinking that English may be a second language to you? What I gather from your post is that you think that there are believers whose faith is based on works - meaning that they have to do certain things like go to Church or...

5 WAYS the PROSPERITY GOSPEL is HURTING AFRICA

5 WAYS the PROSPERITY GOSPEL is HURTING AFRICA by J. Lee Grady I´m not an African, but in 2008 some Nigerian friends gave me a Yoruba name ("Akinwale") because I have been to that country so often. My visits there, along with trips to Uganda, Kenya, Malawi, South Africa and Egypt, planted a...
