Expecting people, including the aged and the young, to wear a mask when alone outside is all about control. There is absolutely no other explanation for such draconian stupid rules.

I can picture it now. A combined kiwi/ Aussie rugby team doin the haka to the tune of waltzing Matilda. Yeah, that'll work. Not.

After all that, I guess this thread is now closed... How many more lies can there be?

Those scriptures aren't a mystery. There is nothing secret or hidden message. And none of them suggest that God or the apostles removed the sanctity of the Sabbath to any other day. And the church had no authority to do that later either. Once Christ died, thus validating the new testament in...

Why does God need to declare something holy more than once? How many "thus sayeth the Lord" would satisfy you?

Yeah, nah.

6000 years of war between Christ and Satan is culminating in our lifetime... Good and evil, righteousness and sin, will have between them the widest chasm ever. There will be no fence sitters. Angels from heaven actively protecting God's people from the world's armies, which are spurred on by...

I agree with this, if, as it was for the Galatians, an attempt in doing so to gain salvation. But if your relationship with Christ is such that by His grace He creates in you a heart disposed to love for God and for man, the requirements and obligations of the law are then fully and completely...

It's interesting that nowhere in the above post did I mention the Sabbath. Yet the Sabbath has been the focus of those replying. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that suggests to me that Christians are basically fine with the other 9 commandments, even though they say they are dead to the law, not...

It's neither strictly moral or ceremonial. It's relational.

No-one is demanding that someone ought to keep the Sabbath. What we are pointing out is that the ten commandments are still valid, our obligation to obey them still relevant, and the Sabbath Commandment is as valid as the other 9. The reason the Sabbath is still valid we believe is because...

Okay, that got your attention. I didn't accuse you at all, but asked for a valid reason why Romans 8:7 doesn't apply to you considering all I read on this forum from those who are openly antagonistic, at enmity against God's laws? You claim Christians are no longer subject to God's...

Yes He did. Which is precisely why the prophets currently reminded Israel that the just were to live by faith. Israel were called to obedience, but God never expected them to do it alone. That's where relationship comes in. Christians today abuse that relationship. They think it's all about...

True though that Australia has been doing really really well. It good for my wife and I... We're in a position to cheer for two nations... Except when they come up against one another.

If NZ was a state of Australia, together they'd be third on the table. Just sayin. Don't you go and be getting any rash ideas.

I disagree. God didn't make the 7th day holy until after the 7th day had finished. God couldn't give that day to man until it was complete. KJV Genesis 2:1-3 1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made...

So, we have the threat of global financial meltdown Climate change... Formerly known as new ice age, then global warming... Coronavirus The cure for coronavirus Global reset aka world economic forum Associated with the above is agenda 21 and 30 And there's also the various and numerous...

@post @Curtis @Robert Gwin @robert derrick Considering the vehement opposition to God's Commandments being displayed so openly and without shame on this forum, I have come to the conclusion that this enmity against the law arises for only one reason... You are still carnal, not born again...

So why do Christians claim "the law", whatever they may mean that word encompasses, is cancelled under the new covenant?
