Bro, can fully empathize with that. I have issues accepting compliments. But over this conversation here, I'm jus pulling legs. I'm all for folks enjoying one anothers company. Heck. I'm enjoying watching lol.

Totally with you on this ViJ. The concept of idea that God rescues His people from danger by completely removing them from the scene is nowhere to be found in scripture. We may be moved to a safe place, such as Noah and Lot, and Israel in Goshen, but they were all witnesses to God's justice and...

Hey. Some decorum please. There's children watching. @Heart 2 Soul !!!!!!

This is exactly what Paul was saying to those bishops at Miletus when he said, of your own selves shall men arise speaking perverse things to draw away disciples to them... Acts 20:30. Which links Paul's warnings of the man of sin... Son of perdition... Mystery of iniquity... Little horn Daniel...

This is the power Paul was warning us of, which in his time had begun to spring up, and which in our time is maturing to full bloom. This was the deceptive insidious power that pagan Rome was holding back. When pagan Rome crumbled in the west, the Papacy was revealed. The mystery of iniquity...

As can be seen in the quotes above, the Catholic religion promoted by Francis is Gaia. The earth is the goddess. This is rank paganism... An evolvement of the mystery religions of the ancient empires that preceded the Papacy. All designed to bring about global government under the aegis of Rome.

Yes. And that secret was the rise of empires culminating in a religio-political power that would deceive the whole world. A pet that would embrace and practice the dark arts in order to deceive the whole world, while at the same time disguising itself as a godly edifice. It is a mix of truth and...

As the Roman empire crumbled, the rise of the 11 horns was revealed, and in particular the 11th little horn in which was to be found all the criteria of Antichrist, which embraced the pagan forms and traditions and perversity in which to draw disciples after them.

Precisely. And I'm sorry if you or others thought I was suggesting otherwise. Absolutely you are correct. And that in fact had been what I was attempting, vainly it appears, to show. The mystery would be revealed when the Roman power was removed. The mystery was the next power to come on the...

You aren't listening.

Bear in mind that Paul was talking to actual bishops of the fledgling church when he said, "from your own selves shall arise men speaking perverse things, to draw disciples after them." So we cannot trust the writings of every early church father. We must discern between those who wrote truth...

You are correct in one aspect ViJ, that the "one to come" is a delusion, a distraction from the one already present. But you are spiritualizing too much. Daniel, Revelation, Paul and John did speak of one specific real life physical entity that would come after them and deceive the world. This...

Amen. Well said.

And you are still ignoring the fact that Sunday sacredness is no where found in the scriptures. As I pointed out, it was the church, the Catholic Church of Rome, which introduced Sunday as a religious observance. The popular reasons for observing Sunday today as you have attempted to promote...

But it doesn't mean the letter isn't obeyed. It is how it is obeyed wherein lies the difference. You cannot stop committing physical adultery until you love your neighbor and the lust is expunged from the heart. You cannot observe the physical Sabbath until you love Jesus with all the heart, and...

The Catholic Church didn't put together any scripture in book form until the 50 Bibles Constantine sponsored in the 4th century. Yet the church existed for centuries before then, was well established throughout the empire to the west as far as Britain, and had grown exponentially eastward...

So in the same context physical adultery is a letter of the law we can claim no longer applies to us, so long as we don't lust?

Well. He could have referred the devil to the magisterium, oh sorry, the Sanhedrin. Or, being the Son of God, He could have recited any number of traditions and stories of the Jewish fathers going back millennia. Perhaps to prove His authority and His identity which is what the devil was...

All of which contributed to the events in Rome at that time. The Romans themselves already detested the Jews even before Jesus came along. And they hated the country. Serving there was considered the absolute pits, the lowliest most desolate and unfriendly land on the planet. Or so the Romans...
