I won't argue this point with you nor will I deny my own testimonies and those I have seen in or heard from others over the years. You may have to stand where you are according to what you believe and/or what God has given you. That is between you and God. If either you or I are in error and a...

I just read your words here and was greatly blessed by your testimony. Give God the glory indeed!

Was not Jesus a Reformer? Was not every man sent with God's Word to correct errors or disobediences in people a Reformer? Was not then Peter a Reformer and Paul and John? Were not many of the OT prophets Reformers? Have not many people since the death and/or removal of the last Apostles named in...

@Berserk @Nancy @marks @Jane_Doe22 God indeed loves everyone of us, but for many it is a very one sided thing. How many people say that they love God in return? How many of those that say that really do? What kind of a relationship do two people living together with a marriage contract...

Praying on this brother!

Sorry! It is simply an old Bible Study of my own. Essentially it, for me, is supportive of God being the instigator of curses as well as blessings. Types and Shadows in the OT point to the Reality of God. The conclusion essentially is found in Matthew chapter 25 as quoted in part above. What I...

@April_Rose Wow! I am glad this is 'virtual'. I can even hike without getting out of breath! Maybe being outdoors will help relax me enough to go to sleep! LOL

@Wrangler Indeed sister in so many things still it is as seeing through a glass, darkly! What you have touched on without calling it that is where I have seen the left hand of God working. It is where all of those curses are put into effect, curses from God whereas the blessings would be on...

Also praying for you sister! Our God is able in every situation to provide exactly what He knows that we need!

Amen! "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." John 6:63

And to do good and continue to do so, should not our eyes be continually focusing on the One who is good, God alone?

Give God the glory, dear sister!

Oh yes, thank God for the prayer and love and friends! Unfortunately this forum does manifest at times too much of too many others things, the mammon, which gets hold of even believers when they take their eyes off of Jesus. Let us continue to pray that those things of mammon will decrease and...
