Obedience is required because sin is an offense to God. Obedience is required because God is God.

We are going to see a lot more of the Italian

Djokavic playing like a #1. Took a while.

Our full perfect obedience is found in Christ. And only in Him. That is how the law is fulfilled. It is Christ's righteousness. Imputed to us by grace through faith. Even at our very best, even from here on to the end, our character can never match the holiness and righteousness of Christ...

Anyone watching the tennis from Paris? Current match between Musetti, first time in a grand slam, playing brilliantly against world number 1 ,Djocavic. Great entertainment.

A prestige electric car named after Tesla that changed the face of the automobile industry. Then someone put a Tesla badge on a diesel beach buggy with a fiberglass body that looked like a Tesla. You putting a biblical badge on your church does not make it the genuine article.

So what do you mean by the part underlined? yet you think us buying (obeying sic?) commands that fall far short of obedience to the law can save us. But above you are saying, I think that obedience to the law saves us. What gives you the impression that I have said my obedience, even if short...

And living alone in the wop wops probably doesn't contribute a great deal toward sympathetic or empathetic conversations. Crocodiles don't really respond favorably to kind gentle sympathetic tones.

So. I haven't read every post in this thread, mainly because we've all been here before, and I don't really expect anything different. My apologies if someone has come up with some common sense exegesis. KJV 2 Peter 1:19-21 19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well...

Because God's word is truth because it is God's word. Taking our experience and going to God's word and searching for affirmation is dangerous because we can justify anything by taking the scriptures out of context. That doesn't mean the experience isn't real, taking such a stand would be...

There is a danger in interpreting scripture through the lens of experience.

My reading comprehension skills are excellent.

Good for you.

Clearly.

That is still a weak and childish response starkly illustrating you're inability to actually address the real issue. And now you're doubling down on your avoidance.
