Yes, that way as well. For me anyone who has never received the Life that Jesus brought has always been dead, a zombie indeed. Without that Life from him, they simply remain dead and soon even their glimmer of hope also goes out... "For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have...

Hedge or whatever... if it is placed by God to protect, will it not protect?

I am very sorry sister, but I have never liked videos which to me make light of or joke about the Word of God. I know that no offense was intended, but to me was a serious issue and I had to grit my teeth and ask God to help me. These days I purposely avoid joke threads on this and other forums...

Praying also for India and @My Dreams !

Amen... and the yea or the nay does not decide whether or not a person is on the Lord's side!

That "hedge" was what was around Job, until it was removed to test the man. Job passed the test, but would we be able to do so? Consider Satan's words here to God: "Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work...

Even so my friend! Here is where I go along a pathway that often pushes people away from me. The "Word of God" is alive, but what is the Word of God? What was Jesus hanging dead on the cross when he had died but not yet resurrected from the dead? He was dead, was he not? I do not believe that...

Have you then decided that Luther, a man not here to defend himself against your words, is guilty of something unforgivable by God?

Desensitized ? Yes, an interesting way to express that. Calloused is another related word but would it also possibly yield the right idea? Hmmm? But you are not calloused my friend. Likely, like me, you are simply tired and skim rather than read a whole lot of things. Oh, but you are a young...

Well the rains have come, good soaking rains, but not flooding rains... for us in any case. We heard the thunder, but no tornados and no super strong winds and no hail, not even little pea sized hail. Give God the glory!

The first thing perhaps needed is a precise definition of what you mean by the word, Christian. With that in mind and understood by anyone else in the discussion you may [or LOL maybe not] be able to communicate and really discuss the matter. While the word, Christian, is in scripture, the...

@BroRando For your information: When you want to reply to someone on this forum the first thing you should do is hit the "quote" button on the lower right corner of that someone's post and then hit the "reply" button in the same corner. This does two things. It copies their post in reply space...

@FluffyYellowDuck Praying that God help you to understand where you are, what you need and then to give you that which is needed!

Praise His holy name!

Stillwater! The first one that supposed to hit us seemingly vaporized so not a drop of rain although other places are flooding as it falls faster than it can flow away. Thank God thus far, but it is not over yet.

Praying now!

As I post this not a drop of rain yet, but the sky is black to the west and it is coming to us. Tornados on the ground in places still to the west. Large hailstones and super strong winds seem likely. Keep us in prayer. My wife is packing a small pack of essentials for our innermost closet just...

So then every one of us is Not good until and if we have received some good from God? Is there ever any good in unbelievers?

"Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent." Rev 2:4-5 What...

Yes, ask our friend and brother @My Dreams He is on the front lines in India.
