    How Are Sinners Made

Sin entered into the world through Adam giving up his spiritual position to Satan by being tricked out of it through disobedience to God...and consequently many angels who also partook of this opportunity for conquest of God's new creation. The angels who came down to have dominion over...

    The Mystery of Iniquity

This is an interesting angle to pursue. Why was Abraham sent away from Ur? Does it realte to God's call for His people to come out of Babylon? And what is Babylon (Babel)? It is when men come together religiously to make a name for themselves. So then it is the denominations...called...

    The Mystery of Iniquity

The mystery of iniquity is closely related to the lack of real spiritual growth in the church over many years. Once the depth of the truth has been successfully suppressed for a long while....even the idea of sound doctrine seems strange. Iniquity is mixing spiritual things with carnal things...

    Hebrew has no Vowels?

Hebrew is a world apart from other languages. By the 2 "H's" you are referring to the 2 "heys". The Hebrew Hey means "behold"...as in something that is presented. The Hebrew Youd means "hand" The Hebrew Vav means "nail" or tent peg. So then the formula for the name of God can be..."a hand...

    Dead In Christ

The old you is dead with Christ for they who believe. This is but a first step (where many believers remain) But there remains the moment by moment walk whereby we carry the dying of Jesus in the outward natural man in order to let the life from the inner man come to the surface and be lived out.

    The Point Of Stephen's Speech?

Stephen spoke by the Spirit to convict the elders of the Jews to repent from their rebelliousness. But they rather stiffened their necks...just as Stephen prophesied that they would.

Believers stay righteous through their obedience

You would have to understand what "means" means...to see the difference. Christianity is a "means".

    Personal Revelation

perfect love casts out all fear. We are to know God and the power of His resurrection...in REAL experience. You need to go where the scriptures are pointing you...into the arms of God Himself.

    Personal Revelation

Of course...I love the Davar (word) because it comes from God. But that doesn't give me life and grace. I get that from God in experience. There doesn't even have to be a bible present. But it lines up perfectly with what others experienced as it is written...and they had no bibles present...

    Personal Revelation

Directly from the living God. Dave, your religion is dead. It isn't be "ye reconciled to the bible. "
  11. Episkopos

    Personal Revelation

Paul said that we know the love of Christ...not the bible. Eph. 3:19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. This is speaking of real experience....not just bible reading.

    Personal Revelation

That's not true. It is the spoken word...the living word that causes faith. The rhema. What you should say is that without the written word there would be no misguided religious people who walk in their own power while thinking THAT is what faith is. The truth is by and in the Spirit. Not...

Believers stay righteous through their obedience

The law of God has not changed... but the ordinances have that show HOW we are to go about fulfilling the law of God. Do a study on the law of God in the NT. You will see that it has not been abolished or changed.

Believers stay righteous through their obedience

Not at all. Jesus came to tighten up the loopholes ie....outward obedience but without the inward reality. So then what has been abolished is pretense and religiosity.

Believers stay righteous through their obedience

That's not the purpose of the law. It is to show God's standard. But I agree with the rest of your post.

Believers stay righteous through their obedience

As a means to worship God. God hasn't changed. Neither has the law of God changed. God has increased His power to us and increased His expectations of us with that. The New Covenant makes God still harder to satisfy than before. That is because of grace. We have access to the MEANS to be...

    Hebrew has no Vowels?

The pronunciation is not important. What is important is the words and their meaning. Hence the reason that Hebrew has no vowels.

Believers stay righteous through their obedience

Nice try. The law of God is eternal. We are all subject to the law of God. What is obsolete is the MEANS by which we are to observe the law. No longer is circumcision physical...or the Sabbath outward. God is looking for people who worship in Spirit. But that doesn't mean the law is passed away.
  19. Episkopos

Believers stay righteous through their obedience

The Covenant was changed not the law. God doesn't change. But people were too weak to obey holy laws.

Believers stay righteous through their obedience

So you are saying that Jesus came to abolish the law of God?
