Everything given from God is a perfect and good gift. God resides in the heavenly Jerusalem founded in scripture. You become born again and are given the Holy Spirit of God. You now have a piece of the kingdom in you by faith, even including the spirit of Christ. You are an adopted child you...

Bob, A warning of destruction for the Jewish people’s material religion to be obliterated, and a reassurance for those who were believing in Jesus who received part of the Kingdom when they were given the Holy Spirit. God bless, In Christ, Matthew Gallagher

“and having taken the hand of the blind man, he led him forth without the village, and having spit on his eyes, having put [his] hands on him, he was questioning him if he doth behold anything: and he, having looked up, said, ‘I behold men, as I see trees, walking.’ Afterwards again he put [his]...

Hello to you Berean, Those questions can be answered from the Bible, however that is not the topic at hand. You are more than welcome to ask those questions in another thread if you would like to. How can you be a child of God? “but as many as did receive him to them he gave authority to...

Hello John, I do not know what to say about the false prophet, though I do remember Jesus saying that there will be many people who claim to be Christ, and lead people away from the living God. Though then again it is singular False Prophet. I need to study. The dating of the Letter of...

In the presence of God people who do not like light enjoy to do evil instead. That is How God is able to create evil, or calamity. Which comes from the other person and their decision. I believe Devin.

Hello Lambano, and Devin, I would like to share my insights for the question. The question to me seems to be answered like this but maybe I am wrong. why did God create a being that was evil from the start? God created angels from the start, then also created a separation from light and...

Amen friend.

Hello to you my friend in Christ, Berean, I don’t find that really to be a biblical stance. The scriptures provided in the original post would be my biblically supported stance of how one becomes a child of God. Children of God are adopted by faith in Christ Jesus, (not to exclude anyone who...

It’s so important to share Jesus and live by the spirit, having mercy, love, peace, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness. Love your enemy, pray for those despise you and persecute you.

Devin, thank you for those suggestions. Your right about how it is also about loving your neighbor as yourself. To show love, compassion, mercy, a listening ear, a nonjudgmental heart, by loving God first and staying connected and close to him, in drawing near.

Apak, Thank you for sharing your insights and starting the thread. Hope maybe others will also chime in with their thoughts on the subject too.

Hello John, I’ll share with you my understanding. In the beginning the Word existed with God, and was God as the Fathers expressive (heart/mind/will/emotion) Word. In other words The Father spoke the word which was part of Him, and the Word (Yahweh spoke) created and formed the earths, and...

I’m to the point in my own life: where Christianity is subjective. Now there are many denominations out there, and while I would probably most disagree with a majority of perceptions and views many people have on certain subjects in all honesty. The initial thought is about their freedom to...

Hello Apak, Considering the topic: John writing the Revelation wrote to the assembly in Philadelphia. “‘And to the messenger of the assembly in Philadelphia write: These things saith he who is holy, he who is true, he who is having the key of David, he who is opening and no one doth shut, and...

I don’t see how people can look at others and say there is a demon inside of them now today… I simply cant wrap my mind around if I’m in a setting with others talking about others when they are not around like. oh that man/woman got a demon in them we gotta get it out… You aren’t gonna get...

Hello to you, friend of, This specific question pertaining to demons, is an interesting one. Sometimes people who were possessed by demons where known as demoniacs. Jesus would cast the demon out. I believe God created the heavens and gave the angels there with him freedom of choice. I believe...

What are some of your suggestions for a person who is new to the Bible, and they wanna learn and study more about it? Many always simply suggest reading the Gospels, and the Old Testament. There are people out there who reject, or even question some of the things the writers of the Bible have said.
