Which one? Not one. All of them. Each one a little at a time, some more than others, some different from others. But none of them everything at once, but all of them God led away from error and superstition , step by step. Some faltered. Some refused to learn more. They stagnated and fell away...

Also from "Waggoner on Romans". Baptized into His Death.-“So many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death.” And what is it to be baptized into his death? Verse 10 tells us: “For in that he died, he died unto sin once.” He died unto sin, not his own, because he had...

Christ didn't sin, so He didn't die to His sin, but ours. Upon Him was laid the iniquity of us all.

From "Waggoner on Romans" How have we learned that we are to regard ourselves? “Reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.” If dead to sin but alive unto God, how are we to stand related to sin? “Let not sin therefore reign in your...

I just came across this thread. Read this first post... Or at least some of it... But couldn't continue to the end because of the strange contractictory stance you have with the very church you claim to be defending. It wasn't that long ago... Just one generation or so... That the Catholic...

What Americans seem oblivious to is the religious direction the nation is heading. Both the Pope AND evangelical leaders are proclaiming that the separation of church and state is demonic. Americans by and large are being deceived by the leaders into believing that a union of church and state is...

God is not such a tyrant as to be manipulated into condemning anyone for something enforcably injected. Whatever the mark of the beast is, it is your own voluntary decision to accept or reject that brings either the mark of the beast or the seal of God. IT has zero to do with finance...that is...

I don't know you personally, but if your confession of faith in Christ is genuine, then praise God. I will take your confession at face value and let others who know you better judge whether your works reflect a genuine faith. With the above said, what I am having difficulty with is why such a...

Curious thread. The main theme being persecution. We have Catholics, non denominational, evangelicals and one or two others, and Adventists. Like I said, curious. Curious that an admixture of mixed Christians all speaking a different language and in doctrine no doubt in disagreement, all of a...

I'm sure many people will be greatly inspired by this message. They will believe America is great... Exceptional... And that American people are special and chosen. A great motivational speech that will do no end of good for people's self esteem and pride. That sees political enemies as someone...

I find your view interesting. I'm an SDA and you may or may not be aware of our understanding of Revelation 13 with regards the identity of the second land beast which for several reasons we identify as the US. A nation that arose in a relatively unpopulated land area around the time of the late...

Josho, it's a coronavirus. Not much different from other coronavirus that seasonally affect the whole world. The only difference with this one had been the reaction. The fear and so called healthy steps legislatively enforced have done more damage than good because all of them... All those...

I was delivering homework to the kids from our school and called in at a service center to use the toilet. Hoped out if the van and went inside to the counter and the girl behind the desk backed up against the shelving to get as far away from me as possible. For a minute I was wondering what was...

I know exactly how you feel. I suggested to my daughter that it looks like they used NZs PM as a model. Jacinda.

When I say judgement begins in the house of God I'm not taking about the execution of sentence. I'm taking about investigation as to who is righteous and who is unrighteous. The separation of wheat and tares. Sheep and goats. That separation is taking place now... Christians now need to examine...

I empathise with the frustration and fear most people in America must be going through now that terrorism is the go to method for gaining political power. The constitutional and lawful path for the government is to appoint a new supreme court judge. And Pelosi threatens impeachment if Trump...

Thought I'd do a little arithmetic. Not that difficult, the numbers are freely available. You fellas figure out if these numbers reflect a genuine threat, or whether this whole scenario was nothing more than an exaggerated spin by government with the help of a compliant media for the purpose of...
