You cannot save all of the world of men alone. You cannot fix all of the problems in all of the churches alone. Individuals will reap according to what they have sown. Sometimes you being available may help someone who is crying out for help, but don't be surprised it it does not happen. As you...

When God leads me to do it, I make a defense according to His Word. You may know a bit of the Bible, but probably you need to be talking with God more. You need to eat His flesh, yes, but without drinking also of His Blood in a balanced amount, that flesh may never come to Life.

Have you not understood what I have been saying? Are you already perfect? Have you already overcome the world? The Word of God is always relevant but to understand what to do with what is written in the scriptures requires that one be led by the Holy Spirit. You cannot get there with your...

LOL! No, I am not!

Whenever God opens a door for me to help someone, I hope that I would never hesitate to walk through it and do His will. But God does not twist anyone's arm to get him to change his mind. Truth is also found in Ecclesiastes 3 where there is a time to do things or a time Not to do things. Only by...

If you believe it is important and apparently you do, why don't you talk to a confessing JW about it? No one on this thread is a JW. You have been clutching at straws.

"And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing. Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee? And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly." Matt 27:12-14

Give God the glory! If God wants the White House, it is His. If not... well I certainly have no interest in it!

If God really knows this then why do you press the subject as if God need help to accomplish His purpose... or do you not trust Him to render a fair judgment?

Are we the judges? I certainly am not. I don't qualify and in any case I have never been offered the job. "Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:" Luke 6:36-37

People get into seemingly strange situations for various reasons. When it looks bad to some, that some are ready to pounce with their presumptions based on labels without knowing the hearts. Fortunately for all of us, God knows the underlying heart and with His complete knowledge and fairness He...

Won't it depend on where each person is on his final day and in which direction he was heading? King David was an adulterer and a murderer. According to the law given to Moses on either count death was the penalty, but God had mercy! Why?

I really and truly wish that I could say that there were few or none of those the posts here about politics, but that would a lie. Fortunately there are some other topics. I wish also I could I could help you with some other books to read but the only one that comes to mind is: "The Cross and...

LOL Is it a crime to be one? But to help you calm down, I have never in my 77 years even visited a JW assembly although I believe they did better in Hitler's Germany than any of the other supposedly "Christian" denominal church groups. Do we see the same kind of thing happening in America today?

Joseph to Pharaoh.

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Heb 11:1 "And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing." I Cor 13:2

Unfortunately on this forum we seeing too much of that denial of which you speak in people... some of whom may have actually met the Master. They met Him, but then too they learned too quickly to quench the Spirit of God and go along their own pathway or that of people who are supposed to be...

@Stuart Praying with you and for you my friend! My advice to you is to follow the advice of Jesus here: "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Matt 6:33 You don't need the answer to every question here and now. God does...

God said that, not you! So why are you inserting yourself into His business and mine? I am 77 years old and 7 days a week my time belongs to Him, 24 hours per day. That is 168 hours per week, which belong to Him... not me. But in the 'rejoice in the Lord always' and the 'pray without ceasing'...

Do you really have any idea how many good, edifying writings exist in the world today and how much garbage? I have read some of both in order to sift through it, but long ago I realized the impossibility of reading all of the good. Part of the problem is even knowing what is good without dipping...
