that deserves a good study.. our righteousness.. vs. His righteousness.. @Curtis thanks for sharing.. Hugs

There really only is one condition ultimately. And once this one condition is met, all others fall into place. The same way that keeping the Two commandment meets the conditions of all 10. This one condition is the very verse most commonly used around the world. And this is that condition...

War of the Kings... I'm reading about Lot, looking for how many family members he had.. and I got caught in Genesis 14 with the war of the kings. And those that remained of their armies fled to the mountains and took Lot and his good with them. Gen 14:14 And when Abram heard that his brother was...

And somehow that connected with Joseph carrying Jacob's casket from Egypt to the place where Abraham was buried. All of Egypt went with Joseph to bury his father... then another thought... comes in on screeching wheels... Perhaps the children in the wilderness were burying Adam and had to...

So I had this .. I was thinking about.. The Ark they carried for 40 years in the wilderness... The Father sits upon the mercy seat. The Archangels cover the seat with wings. within the ark are the 2 stone tablets, Aaron's staff, and a jar of manna Manna they ate for 40 years in the wilderness...

We love Him, because He first loved us. Perhaps Grace is a free gift and it is up to the one receiving to give as well. You have to give yourself. It's always there.. but one has to be willing to sacrifice themselves and hand their lives into His hands. I hear Grace for grace.... Jhn 1:16 And...

Jesus saved her physically from death before he ever spoke to her. Jesus saved her spiritually when he commanded her to go and sin no more. In other word: Repent. it's two-fold ... plus a million layers inbetween hugs

The first condition of salvation... that's heavy.. what was the first conditioin the woman who was going to be stoned but was told to go and sin no more, had to do? The blind man, the lame, the deaf and blind... what was the first condition they had to do in order to saved?

There is none righteous no not one. I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy

what is the definition of saved? It means so many things to so many people on so many levels... This takes patience... It's the "transition" or the aha moment, when one crosses over to a new understanding. Here is where teaching is an art I wished I'd learned.. How to get from here to there...

Praying for you and your Family Philip. HUGS

I like your post, but I never heard any teachings pretty much on anything.. I'm a self-learner.. And so I only grapple with my understanding of scripture as the Lord brings them clearer into view. Thank you for sharing your info, I didn't realize there was 10 and that's why Abraham stopped there...

The IRS seems to think so. Here is an interesting exchange on the House floor regarding how the IRS is not behaving itself to We the People.. regardless of your affiliation.. Maybe it's time to defund the IRS? (maybe I should whisper that) I found this interesting anyways.. Hugs

Col 3:8 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Col 3:9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; Col 3:10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him...

Luk 22:31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: Luk 22:32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. Interesting...
