As you are aware, I look at prophetic scripture through the eyes of historicism. The seven seals to the historicist are a prophetic panorama of history from the time they were given to the close of the age. 5 seals are past. We are living in the time of the sixth seal. The seventh seal, the...

KJV Psalms 119 126 It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law.

That "other source" is my own blog.

Okay, well done @Helen . Yes, the reason I was asking if anyone knew was because I didn't until last night. I was shocked that not so long ago there was such an event but somehow passed by most people's knowledge. The parallels to this day I'm America are revealing. The American Ukranians who...

@Davy @Timtofly and others... Taking a beast which throughout the rest of scripture is a symbol of a nation or empire, and changing the entire prophetic view in one example to an individual is directly akin to changing God's prophetic order. It's like Nebuchadnezzar building a statue to...

A journalist for the New York Times won a Pulitzer prize for a piece covering something he was an eye witness to, but failed to tell the truth. No, this wasn't last week and he wasn't writing about a Trump press conference. Nor was it during the Obama administration... Not the war in Iraq... Nor...

Daniel 11 is a historical future account (from the time of the Medes and Persians) to the present day and beyond. There are some debates on some details, but there is a lot of agreement on some significant points. Verse 1 and 2 are media/Persia. Verse 3 Greece. Verse 4 the break-up of Greece...

Counterfeit Christianity?

What law was there in Adams time? What is the law of Moses... What is the law of God? Are they the same, and if not, what's the difference? And what presumption is this that you claim to know my heart?

You are still confused and not answering my question... Which law? What came first... Sin or the law? And which law?

what law????

Actually, it is about prophecy. It's all about prophecy. KJV Revelation 13 A Beast from the Earth 11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth...

Please quote someone... Anyone... Claiming the law can make someone... Anyone... Righteous. See, like I said, you are confused. First, what law was given because of sin? Was there sin before Sinai? Before the flood? Before the garden of Eden??? Which came first. The law, or the transgression of...

Are you sure all those scriptures are talking about the same law? Like I asked before... Which law are we talking about when we write scripture reading the law? We need to be specific.

I agree with most of that, just the part where you say such was not available to Israel... For goodness sake God knew the Israel in their own strength couldn't obey... No-one can! So you don't think He gave them something so they didn't have to rely on themselves? Again, what does the scripture...

Ummmm, is anyone actually suggesting they could? When you say I favor they old, what do you mean exactly? I think that in your mind you are making a great many presumptions here. Jesus came to uphold the law and make it honourable. Are we not to walk in His steps? Do we do that by rejecting the...

No, totally wrong. You think God is stupid? Deliberately confusing? Israel did not have to keep the commandments in their own strength. They chose to, and failed. Have you forgotten one of the principle premises of godly living, the just shall live by faith? KJV Exodus 24 3 And Moses came and...

Much of this i can fully agree with. But by scrutinizing the trees I think you've lost sight of the big picture. I shall elaborate I'm a later post.

No, the email system doesn't work. Don't forget your password. Lol

They were appealing to those responsible for the bad behavior to change their own behavior and practice. Some of that behavior was based on bad tradition. The authority lies with God ultimately and the reformers were acting on His motivation to call upon the church to repent. You sound like the...
