Did Jesus lie to His disciples in verse 28? “From that time Jesus began to show to His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem, and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised the third day. Then Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke Him...

Hello soul man, read your post something that came to my mind was this. “So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be...

Okay, @Fullness of the Gentiles.

To me God is calling to everyone now today to come to His Son. I believe that we are past the intertestimonial age that was at the end of Jerusalem in 70ad. Where do people come up with 1948, or 1914? To me doesn’t make sense. Maybe it’s because it’s exciting or thrilling to think of the end...

“Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world...

Going to be dipping out of this thread now though. Time has ran it’s course. Everyone won’t believe the same thing and everyone lives their life based on according to the knowledge they know and hold. To let you be right in your own mind is sufficient enough for me to not have to worry about...

The lake of fire was made for Satan and his angels There is a scripture that does talk about people taking ‘part’ of this fire. Hell and Death are thrown into the lake of fire. There is only one other fire I know of that exist and that is God. That fire could burn away those who take part of...

Have you ever consider God being a consuming fire?

Just sharing. Thank you for your thoughts.

“For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” ‭‭I Timothy‬ ‭2:3-4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Some would say God doesn’t get what He desires. “For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the...

Would agree with you to love people as Christ loved people.

Have met with Jehovah witness and been to their church before. They didn’t use the Bible but they used some article they had parented out. All I know is that grace and works doesn’t profit anything. Only faith in the Son of God. “Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is...
